            According to information in BBB files, Stylist Solutions has a pattern of complaints alleging Service and Refund/Exchange issues.

            Specifically, some consumers that are purchasing online Beauty Supply stores are being informed that their store website is under maintenance or closed. Once these consumers attempt to contact Stylist Solutions LLC for assistance, they are stating that the requests go unanswered.

            Other consumers are stating they are selling the products on the websites but are not reimbursed by Stylist Solutions for the sales. They also state that when they reach out to Stylist Solutions, their requests are also ignored.

            On April 27, 2022 the BBB contacted Stylist Solutions requesting their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaints.

            BBB has received no response from Stylist Solutions regarding the identified pattern of complaint.

            I *****ed my business through *******, formally Stylist solutions back in 2019. I upgraded from free to paid store. I had a rocky ***** with commission, but I continued. I then paid $300+ with a yearly plan. I *****ed receiving commissions because my store was doing fairly well. Then one day I had so much in commission to be paid out, they closed my store ( 3months in). I had to pay an extra $80 to reinstate my store. The reason was fraudulent activity. I ask them to send me the police reports they claim they had. I have yet to receive any of that and I want my $380 back plus all the ******* made with my business, which I never received. If I can get the police report, then I would settle for $380 that I wasted with this company.

            Although this company is permanently closed I am still being charged monthly for a subscription I have no access to. There is no way too contact the company to dispute the ongoing charges
