      Although this company is permanently closed I am still being charged monthly for a subscription I have no access to. There is no way too contact the company to dispute the ongoing charges

      The worst ever.They knew they closed permanently, and they told me that I could still open an online store, and I paid money only to find out that they don't exist. When I said that I wanted a refund they deleted the company email so now I will never get my money bac,If I could I would start a class action suit against them.I hope they get in trouble. I would give them zero stars, they don't deserve the one star that I have to give them.

      Total scam. Unprofessional and unethical in all aspects. They have cheated me out of commissions and refunds. I've tried to work with them over a year but they don't respond to emails, definitely cant get anyone on the phone, and asking for a status on commission payouts is a waste of time because they will keep ignoring you until you go away. I refuse to put my name and reputation on the line for this nonsense.

      I signed up with Stylist Solutions during the pandemic. There were several bumps starting this journey but I figured it was something new and things would pick up. It only went downhill from there. They do not communicate in a timely fashion, items are removed from the store without notice causing you to falsely advertise, the free shipping option *****, shipping takes long at times leaving your customers angry, all the perks they claim to offer on the site don't work, you can't reach anyone via phone. This was a really disappointing and frustrating experience. I'm not even sure if they're still in business. They debited money from me about a month ago and I haven't heard from them since!

      I am highly dissatisfied with Stylist Solutions and My Beauty Site failing to exhibit any ethical standards within their business practices. I became knowledgeable of their E-Commerce business opportunity in March of 2022 via social media. It appeared to be a great venture and seemed to be a legitimate way to create other streams of income. Unfortunately, this has become a disheartening experience to which my objective did not involve seeking to be scammed or swindled out of my money. I created my E-Commerce account on March 26th via their site at http://mybeautysite.com and I upgraded from their basic package to the Beauty Plus Level and paid $78. The upgraded package would allow more of my own customizations such as upload of my logo, change of homepage banner, store color modification, and incorporating my own links. On April 2nd, I upgraded my shipping package for $99 which included a nationwide free shipping option for customers. This modification would provide the free shipping option to a wider variety of locations compared to the few options included in the basic package. I noticed a few days thereafter making edits to my store site that the social media influencer I became aware of this company from was shutting down her store site affiliated with Stylist Solutions and My Beauty Site. This was a definite red flag to me and I began to reassess the entire situation.I then searched this company on the BBB.org website and instantly felt tricked after reading the poor and negative feedback. I reached out to them on April 6th via two different email addresses provided on their sites and received a message that my email address has been blocked. I sent another email from another email account and am still awaiting a response as of June 23rd, 2022. I've reached out via the phone number listed on their sites and to no avail they have refused to acknowledge my request for reimbursement of the $99 shipping upgrade costs. My card merchant reimbursed the $78.

      I have tried on multiple occasions to reach someone at Stylist Solutions about refunding my money that they continue to debit from my checking account. I tried phoning,e-mailing, and reaching out via facebook. I haven't head a peek from no one from this company. All I want them to do is the credit my account for the last five months of $.9.99. Their company isn't nothing more then a pyramid scam.

      I'm a stylist that opened an online store with them during the pandemic last year in April as an extra income source and to support my clients at home while salons were closed. I made the investment of $399 for a top tier store that would give access to the maximum inventory of products they had to offer, a unique domain name, customizable site with backend control, and a higher commission offering. The site I was given did not allow me all of the customizable features promised, I had to pay extra for the domain name, and was never paid for some of the commissions I was due despite me contacting them to recalculate and address these issues. I even noticed the email entered in the system in the backend did not even belong to me. It contained my first name with someone else's last name and random numbers. That is extremely sketchy and leads me to believe some of my commissions were being taken. I brought it to their attention and I receieved only an apology and no explanation as to how that could possibly happen. Every time I reach out it takes forever to get a response by email. By phone, it's next to impossible to actually get someone to answer or call you back.Their lack of customer service was the thing that set me off the most. There would be weeks without responses to emails about site concerns and shipping issues with my customers. I understand they had a lot of issues with keeping up with demand during the pandemic, but the least they could do was communicate with the store owners about what was going on. It was embarrassing not to have information for customers about when their items would be in, unsecured tops on products that would allow them to spill while in transit, and inconsistent lackluster email confirmations to clients that I had no control to customize as promised (think a one sentence email with 1995-era basic type font with no graphics). One of my customers reveieved an email with no body text AT ALL. I asked for a refund on several occasions, and was told to hang in there because they are going to transition to a "better" platform and improve their systems. I did wait, but I did stop promoting the store with plans to continue after the upgrade and more new and improved features that were promised. Then to make matters worse, at the end of the summer, they started "transitioning" and shut down the online stores to switch platforms. Mine was shut down for MONTHS. Way longer than I was told. I called for updates and get told a date, that date passes, then I get told another. Weeks and weeks pass with no communication and no returned phone calls and emails. I finally get instructions on how to log in to my store on the new platform and it is just as basic a before, and now my domain name/website I paid extra for, is no longer in existence for this store. I did also find out that they actually own my domain name even though I paid for it and it has yet to be released after I requested it. In my most recent communication from them (that took months to receieve), they had the nerve to tell me that I am not eligible for a refund because they've given me a few extra years with no annual fees when I did not ask for this, I asked for a refund! I've been asking for one since last year! I'm truly disappointed in company and initially was happy to support them. Big mistake. I want my $399 (enterprise store fee) +$20 (domain name) back immediately. This company needs to shut down until they can figure out the proper way to do business with people. A class action lawsuit should be soon coming.
