    They scam veterans, they have no ETAs for server repairs, no answers why wifi calling and RCS doesnt work. Basically no customer service, backed with threats to charge you and hold your phone number hostage. Whoever this veteran is that owns this company mustve gotten an Other Than Honorable because they have no Honor.

    We have confirmed that your phone number has been successfully transferred to your new carrier.

    As per your conditional sale agreement, the remaining subsidy balance on your phone would be due if you chose to keep the device after terminating service.

    Since you've opted to return the phone, we ask that you ship it back to PureTalk. Once we receive the device, it will undergo inspection and testing. Upon approval, we will process your refund, and the subsidy balance will be waived.

    I have had purtalk for over 3 years! I love it! I have tried att, ********* verison, and some prepay cell phones. NONE WORK where I live :( but purtalk is amazing and I love that when I called customer service to reset my VM pin I didnt have to wait long and could understand everything said!

    Lost my eSIM which means I lost my cellphone number I had for 20 years. Tech help was no help. Told them to cancel continued being charged $68.15 a month from 31july-Dec 2024 with no service. I bought the iphone $795.97 charged to my credit card. Received a $70.00 credit for trade in iPhone. Due to losing eSIM had to go back to **** quickly to get a prepaid cellphone because cellphone only communication with my 84 years old mother in another state. Then I had to cancel my credit card to stop payment. A few months later Pure Talk sent me for collections and reported my iPhone stolen and locked. So Im out with all this money. Ive told many not to switch to this company . Very unhappy

    Signed up they were $30 MORE than the same plan T-Mobile has. Getting them on the phone is next to IMPOSSIBLE!! They promote how "American" - they are, I remember being American, was being the BEST, Pure Talk is FAR from that! Stay away from them!

    Weve been with Puretalk for over 3 years now and they have always had great customer service. The cell service is very good and they offer competitive pricing for phones. I called in today to reduce our plan for two of us since we dont need as many gigs and to save money and the *** never once asked why or tried to upsell me. I also switched my husbands phone to Spectrum because we got it free for 1 year. He wanted to try it out because he works where there are dead zones for all carriers weve tried over the past 20 years and hes never tried Spectrum before. The *** today was very understanding, knowledgeable and professional. We got the transfer pin by text right away and when we couldnt remember our passcode she sent me a text with a code to give her instead. It was super easy! I recommend Puretalk.

    My sister's phone said no service and she asked me to call them and they have come up with "you have to have passcode" she doesn't have one and neither do I answer my sisters only communication is the cellphone. They said she would need to call from someone else's phone and she did, but was away from home, so they still would not help her. I asked fir a mgr and they would not give me one. My nephew was found dead less than 2 weeks ago and we are dealing with that and she always just depended on him. We will both be changing carriers. Mine has said that in the past and they had to add minutes to it. I had no password and they just did it. Refusing to let me ralk to a mgr did it for me. I have used them for years and they never said anything about a password. She is alone and no communication. Sad and scary!

    Worse customer service ever. I was a ********************** customer for over 8 months. I decided to switch carriers, so I contacted customer service to request port-out PIN number. They provided me with one, and the call was completed. This call took place 10 days before my next payment was due. On 06/25/25, my account was debited for a full payment. I called to follow up and ask why my closed account was told that I was supposed to call them after I successfully made the switch. I found that odd, but more importantly, the *** never requested a call back. After waiting on hold for over an hour to get a one time passcode sent to me, I was told that my service would be disconnected, but I couldnt get the payment reversed because I was a day late. I lost and hour out of my day, and money that I didnt have for service that I can no longer utilize. I feel humiliated and simple. I was referred by a famous YouTuber. I will def tell her about my experience. Thanks for nothing Pure Talk. Wow!

    Saved my family over $600 a month. Thats no exaggeration.I work around between ***** hours a week. My wife stays home with the kids. We have 4 under the age of 6. $600 a month is no small thing to us. Our previous phone bills were more than my truck payment! Service is no different than the rest of the big carriers. We live in a place where we rarely have service no matter who youre with and were super pleased with pure talk. The CUSTOMER SERVICE on the other hand is 1000% different than any other phone carrier. Hands down THE. BEST. Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.
