    Purchase the vehicle from Dena Motors on October 7th 2023. On *******, ** When vehicle was driven home, there were no compliant but the next day when attempting to drive to work the car broke down on me before I can get 3 miles up the road, couldn't get to the highway before the car started to misbehave,contacted dealership regarding the breakdown, and the service department reassured me that the services will be handled Completed to its entirely after ***** dealership ran a diagnostic that stated vehicle needed work and appe to be in an accident, dena motors were made aware and agreed to fix what was needed, reassured I'll be able to operate the vehicle without any other further repairs that will be needed done. After about a month, car was still in Dena Motors possession and taken away from ************* center, told to *********** City agreed to repair but for Dena motors decline. **** ****************** stated the repairs were solved but the same problem still existed.I triedto contact every service manager for documentation of what repairs were completed, but continued to still get the run around and with no documentation being granted. Shortly after car began to overheat, I contacted Ina ********************** once again with them Dodge. And calls finance managers avoiding calls service manager avoiding calls as well as finance manager. Avoiding to contact me ***** in Union City. ******* on inform me that the car was deemed unsafe to drive I've attempted to what i would call large amounts of money to get multiple repairs completed with other issues arising.Documentation is available upon request

    TERRIBLE!! We called ahead to ask if a specific car they had posted on their website was still available, and they told us yes. We made an appointment for that same day, to come see the car. We drive 40 minutes out of our way and when we arrived, they told us someone had put a deposit down last night and the car was not available. Then the sales person told us they had a Saab they could show us, and that Saab is basically like a ****** (which is what we were looking for). Classic bait and switch, in my opinion. I strongly, strongly recommend you do not even consider doing business with this company. They seem to use unethical methods to get you in the door.
