TERRIBLE!! We called ahead to ask if a specific car they had posted on their website was still available, and they told us yes. We made an appointment for that same day, to come see the car. We drive 40 minutes out of our way and when we arrived, they told us someone had put a deposit down last night and the car was not available. Then the sales person told us they had a Saab they could show us, and that Saab is basically like a ****** (which is what we were looking for). Classic bait and switch, in my opinion. I strongly, strongly recommend you do not even consider doing business with this company. They seem to use unethical methods to get you in the door.Review from Javon R

My husband noticed there was a yellow sticker saying dont sale on the window, I thought it was cause I put it on hold online. Well lo and behold the car should not have been sold! We had the car for literally 4 days and it wouldnt start. Jumped the battery and went to **** and explained what happened and they said oh its the battery and said they gave a new battery. Lie number 2, they didnt give a new battery they just clean the corrosion. Still no big concern as its running. Well smacked me in the face again. Got gas and the next day the car wouldnt start and the check engine light came on. Go to see the light and its a faulty fuel pump. Went back to dealership and spoke to sales guy who said the ** said take the car to ******* and tell him to fix it. Got ******* number called him and advised of what was told. ******* said ok, he will order the part and give us a call. Nothing for a week but we constantly jumping the car. Husband talked to ******* sales manager who said he will get with the ** and have the ** call to discuss options cause at this point I didnt want the car give me something different but over it. No call from the **, I explained the story to **** and she was very familiar with everything and advised they they got a decline on the down payment I said thats a **** lie and if they got a decline why wasnt we called to be told of this. She went on to say that Tuesday 13th of Feb can go get the part fixed she talked to *******. Cool husband goes and sits there 3 hrs and guess what..NOTHING WAS DONE! They straight lied to his face, saying no more issues and started right up! How is that possible when the gas wasnt drained and guess what else we having the same **** problem. Tried calling to talk to ******* and no answer tried calling for **** she stepped away for lunch and guess still on lunch as I never got a call back! DO NOT GO HERE I DONT CARE HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE! Now I have to pay a mechanic to fix what they said they fixed on Tuesday!Review from Fran J

So lets get into this dealership ***** the dm got me a crazy deal on my new stinger promised me so much only for weeks to go by still havent heard from a service rep to take care my we offer issues **** the finance guy was cool the night of but **** has gone by he calls saying they had to transfer me to a new banks didnt discuss new payment options or rates at all which by the way went sky high when I proceeded to call now hes avoiding me with a really rude demeanor I would recommend them at all now ***** shes bomb shes trying k help but there only so much she can do of course and the service team just all needs to be fired they communication is horrible smh but just a heads up dont shop here they get you in a car and after the fact nothing else matters to them this not only my opinion but also a few of the employees feels the same ***** step your game up get your staff and location on orderno one seems to care they threw me in a financial bind after leaving and having one rate and car note for weeks to only come back with higher numbers without no consultingReview from Quinten J

I recently purchased a vehicle with Dena motors. In my purchase agreement, they agreed to replace my passenger side mirror. When the mirror was replaced it was replaced with a mirror that was a completely different color therefore, I had to bring the vehicle back a second time for them to paint it to match. Yesterday I was there to get an oil change and my 2 rear tires changed. I purchased the 2 year warranty that included tires and oil. I called before going and asked if my tires were there. I was told they were and when I got to the location I was told again that they had the tires in the back. They kept my car for 2 hours and when it came out it had the same tires on it. At that time, I was told that the tires won't be in until Thursday and that I could come back to have them installed but it will cost me $110. Why would it cost me $110 if I pay for warranty that covers the tires? The service center is an hour drive from my home and this is the second time that i've had my time wasted.Review from Allan A

Just as the review just before mine the finance manager added gap and extended warranty without asking me. I like the car so I'm fixing all the problems myself. I don't trust the service department to fix anything. The bumper is being held on with drywall screws, the back tire has a cut on the side wall and the wiring harness under the hood is not insulated not even with electrical tape. I'll be doing a more detailed review once ***** does their 150 point inspection.Review from Mark P

These people are total crooks! I went last week with my nephew to buy a truck. They did not negotiate on price at all and added extended warranty and everything else they could without asking. Now they are threatening him telling him if he doesn't bring another 500$ he will be arrested. These people are scam artists and cannot be trusted. Buyer BEWAREReview from Penny C

This place is a hot a** mess and a zoo to say the absolute least. It's ran by a bunch of dumb ****** that have zero clue of how to run a business and they give ZERO ***** about the employee and customers. There is NO AC in the building so its over 100 degrees in that b**** Nice cars but scammers as a **, FINANCE CMANAGER AND SUPPOSED FLOOR MANAGER THAT CLEARLY GOT HER POSITION BY ******* PROBABLY EVERY N**** IN THE BUILDING.This hoe literally walks around the office in 9 inch heels in a dealership. GLORIFIED HOODRAT A** HOE. GO TO THE ***** CLUB WITH THAT BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE A BRAIN BIG ENOUGH TO BE A MANGAER. (She) **** brings her child to work like it s a daycare. If you f****** the ** he should at least be able to pay for daycare you f****** dumb hoe.No worries **** I can train you and let you work for me and you don't have to s**** the rest of my employees to keep your job. HOW THE **** IS A DUMMY SUPPOSED to train ME? B**** I'm a boss I can teach you plenty. You have no access to anything b**** so what are you there for? Just stop by and **** a d*** a time or two and take your hoe a** home since you can't afford daycare. Why Ro (the owner) would go through so much to build a business and.let theses stupid ****** run it is insane. take 4 hours to submit an app and play with numbers to get the most on your payment as possible. The ** AND FINANCE MANGERS ARE PAID commissions so the more you put down the more.money they make. I tried to explain to business that the vehicle I purchased has numerous defects that it need to be corrected. But the Sales Manager and General Manager did not take me seriously about my situation. One Technician was untruthful in his diagnosis. Electrical components. Please advise the company to correct these issues otherwise, I will take further action to resolve this problem. Worst car buying experience don't deserve 1 star. The clear codes on vehicles just enough for you to buy. They sold me an vehicle having knowledge that it had a bad engine. Stay away please before you have to waste time and money on an lawyer!Dena Motors Response
