  My experience with Moodys Wrecker Towing Service was disappointing. After my car was towed, I found it had been damaged and broken into, with my music equipment stolen. I was given multiple conflicting stories about what happened or could have happened. While the owner wasnt unpleasant, I felt like my concerns werent properly addressed. Instead, I was just told to contact the police. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional situation.

  Moodys advised you to file a police report. That was the first step. Along with filing a police report, they would have asked for items specifically missing from your vehicle. At that point we would have asked for proof of purchase. When we got to that step we would have tried to work with you on making you whole in this unfortunate situation. Instead of doing what was recommended (which is all we can do) you decided to go on a smear campaign. And as yet we still dont know if you ever filed that report. Most businesses are not in the practice of writing checks without knowing all facts.

  My car was towed by them to a VW service center back in september 2023. I was told by the VW mechanic that the tow truck had bent my left rear lower control arm when it was hooked and pulled onto the truck. They noticed it as soon as they began working on my car, and i didnt have this issue prior to my car being towed by Moodys. When I spoke to the woman from Moodys over the phone she told me to send an email of what my mechanic said about the left rear lower control arm being bent. I have yet to receive any response to my emails or phone calls. Now i have to come out of pocket $1000 because i run the risk of my car malfunctioning every time i have to drive it.

  TOWED MY VEHICLE FROM A HANDICAP SPACE WHEN MY HANDICAP STICKER WAS VISIBLE! ACCUSED ME OF BEING ILLEGALLY PARKED. PROPERTY STATED THE WHOLE LOT WAS 1HR PARKING. COOL, SHOW ME THE **** STATING THAT. THERE ARE SPACES FOR 1HR PARKING BUT I DID NOT UTILIZE THOSE SPACES. HANDICAP SPACE DOES NOT HAVE A 1HR PARKING ****. MOODYS TOWED AND DAMAGED MY VEHICLE. MOODYS DID NOT TAKE THE **** TO VERIFY IF MY VEHICLE WAS ACTUALLY ILLEGALLY PARKED. CONSUMER.**.GOV/RULES.SOS.********.GOV SHOULD CLARIFY IF I WAS PARKED ILLEGALLY. MOODYS OVERCHARGED ME AND OFFERED TO REFUND ME CONTINGENT UPON ME ALLOWING THEM TO GET A COPY OF MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND 3 ESTIMATES. 3 ESTIMATES DOES NOTHING FOR ME. RUN THE CLAIM THROUGH YOUR COMMERCIAL INSURANCE AND LET THEM HANDLE THE ESTIMATE. THE HASSLE I GOT FROM THEM OVERCHARGING ME I WOULD BE A FOOL TO RUN AROUND GETTING ESTIMATES WITH NO GUARANTEE. MOODYS WORD MEANS NOTHING TO ME PUT IT IN WRITING. IF I DAMAGED MOODYS PROPERTY THEY WOULD LAUGH IF I TELL THEM TO GET 3 ESTIMATES. THEY WOULD TAKE MY INSURANCE TO THE ***** ALL THESE FOLKS NOT LYING ON YOU *****! YOU HAVE MY CONTACT INFO! I WILL NEVER GO BACK ONTO YOUR PROPERTY YOUR BEHAVIOR THE OTHER DAY WAS DANGEROUS. CHANGE THE NARRATIVE AND BE A BUSINESSMAN. CONTROL YOUR TEMPER AND LOOK AT IRREFUTABLE FACTS. STOP SHIFTING THE ***** AND CONTROL YOUR TEMPER. STOP BEING MONEY HUNGRY AND HAVE SOME MORALS. LAST BUT NOT LEAST WHY ARE MOST OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS SAYING THE EXACT SAME THING? LITIGATION IS A BEAUTIFUL THING!

  I was in a horrible accident recently and my totaled car was towed to Moodys. I went in a few days later to retrieve my remaining items from my car and everything of value was stolen from my car. I know that it happened in their possession because I saw my car leave the accident scene on the tow truck and I left afterwards. A police report was filed because I had over a 1000$ worth of personal items missing.
