    On August ****** I went to pickup my vehicle and the Manager, a big fat rude and ratchet woman was extremely rude and undignified. She kept telling me my car had been stored since March. I told her the cat was indeed towed to her location in March, but I paid the fees and they released the car to me. It was towed again on July 9th. i paid all the fees, but couldn't get the key from the Fulton County police department until yesterday. She then said give me $800.00, I asked for an invoice and she said, "I am not giving you nothing". I was in shock by the way she spoke to me.

    My car got broken into at *******..My vehicle was towed by this company and they fail to unreleased the emergency brakes on the car and was sliding it so hard that the pavement and the ground got scraped.The tow truck driver was doing 70- 80 miles on old national highway with my vehicle on the back. He also ran three red lights puttin lives in danger and my vehicle at risk to be total loss. I am highly disturbed. The elderly female who works there in the office was informed about this issue and she treated me like an animal. Refusing to let me pick up my vehicle without a police ****** . The tow truck driver came out and begin making threats yelling expletives and derogatory terms at me and threating to engage in a physical altercation. In front of the elder woman whom is the owner or high up in management. She said nothing about this conduct. Two officers were present to witness this and it is documented also. This place has tons of similar complaints or rudeness..incidents occurring where customers vehicles are getting damage and much more. He was also upset because he initially wanted me to pay him $75 dollars under the table which I refused and he took off with the vehicles on very reckless I really want justice. The place is extremely shabby and has not been maintained also

    Date of the transaction: 10/15/23 The amount of money I paid the business: $170 What the business committed to provide: A safe towing of my vehicle from the pick-up location to the drop-off location.What the nature of the dispute is: Vehicle damage and emotional distress!Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: NO, the business is just as bad as their reviews. They blamed the damages their diver caused on me and were very rude, made up a lot of lies to avoid repairing my vehicle and nothing has been resolved.

    The person who filled out this complaint was advised to get three estimates on the repair of the vehicle. Instead of doing that, she told me (General Manager) that our driver was impolite and that she had a video. If a video showed our driver being impolite, it would shed new light on the situation. I told her to email me the video. She never did. She also was instructed to get the three estimates on repair of the vehicle and email them. She hasnt done either. Unfortunately we will never give someone a blank check. This action is completely premature considering she hasnt cooperated with us at all.

    I was advised to send the video with the estimates. Its been two days so I would need more time to take my car to three different shops get the estimates to the owner. I have enough evidence to show the driver damaging the car but I did not record him cursing me out. I was more concerned with protecting my child and staying clear of him since he was so upset! To make matters worse the manager and owner were very rude and cut me off and wouldnt even hear me out when I was trying to explain to him the horrors I had to go through. He brushed it off and told me to be more concerned about getting him the estimates. He did not care to hear out my claims which is why Im here! He will get those emails and the estimates this week believe that! And we will be in contact and we will have a very close eye on this situation and we already have people working on this matter on our behalf. The conversations that took place with the manager, owner and the drivers behavior was unacceptable! My complaint wasnt premature, cutting me off when I initially made the claims and asked for assistance was premature on the owners part! Please do better and be more kind to your paying customers! The worst most wasteful $170 I ever spent just to go through all this drama and to have a damaged car. Unbelievable

    Let me start by saying we are not in the business of giving our customers poor customer **********************. You said you had video evidence showing that. We asked for the video to support your claim. That is not a difficult request. You have not sent this. My account from our driver is vastly different from yours. The video that you claim to have will end all speculation. Please understand that we have no interest in making this matter bigger than it is. I say in this letter WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATION THAT *** HAVE OCCURRED DURING YOUR ENCOUNTER WITH OUR COMPANY. We are not in the business of arguing back and forth with customers and damage. We responded with asking for estimates (which is customary). Your vehicle was not damaged to the point of it not being drivable. So with that in mind, it would be assumed that you would need to just drive to a few body shops to get those estimates. Additionally, I apologize for the previous conversations with you about this situation. The issue was escalated when a third person was calling and interjecting further emotions and frustration into the conversation. In this message, we are putting emotions aside and trying to resolve this matter. We asked for the video and the estimates. An insurance company would ask for the same exact information. We are not trying to argue with you, further frustrate the situation, or anything else that could hinder us all coming to a solution.

    Horrible service. If I could not give a start at all that would sum up exactly how I feel about these incompetent crooks! An old high school classmate works for ***** Wrecking, he came and towed my car. A week later I went to sign the release form for the insurance company to pick up the car, I went to check on the car and noticed they'd scratched and dented the bumper of my car and messed up my *********** the car. When I asked what happened to my car nobody seemed to know anything. And, not only that, they had the nerve to send me a bill for over $500. I called my attorney to tell her what happened, she told me to go back to take pictures and file a police report. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.
