      I moved into ****************************** on September 29, 2023. I have been notifying management about hot water not working since move in date. Its currently October 24th, 2023 and i havent taken a hot shower since Ive been here havent had access to hot water since i signed lease. Maintenance has been called on multiple occasions and he has informed me that theres an electrical problem which he has escalated to the proper authorities. That was after initial contact.

      My son rented an apartment at *********************. His lease began on July 31, 2023. According to his lease he and his roommate were to receive two mail keys. He has repeatedly asked for these keys, and he still doesn't have one. He is a plumber and is driving around with an expired temporary license because he doesn't have access to his mailbox to retrieve the permanent license. It is against the law to willfully obstruct the passage of mail, which is exactly what they have been doing since July 31st.Furthermore, since taking possession of the apartment on July 31st, he has not had a functioning washing machine. He has reported this problem repeatedly. They supposedly sent maintenance in to fix it while he was at work, but when he tried to run it, it still poured water from the bottom of the machine. He has been living there for over a month with no functioning washing machine and has to make several trips a week to a laundromat to do laundry, which has cost him time and money that he should not have to waste because his washer should be in working order.He has talked to everyone he knows to talk to about this and submitted requests in writing. I've called the management company and emailed them, and we still haven't been able to get this resolved. He also did not receive a $500 gift card and refunded application fees that he was promised as an incentive to rent one of their units.

      The ********************* Apartment homes community as a whole is paying for amenities that management does not provide namely: access to our pool this year has been zero days, the pool house stays closed to residents, the gym is nonexistent.General up keep of the community is being neglected. Our pool gate is currently propped up with plastic zip ties and two by fours with no date of when it will be properly repaired ensuring the safety of our residents and children. Our exit gate has been unsecured, broken and left open since May 2023. People speed through making it dangerous for the children that live here and play outside.As an individual, my main issue is the complex owes us money for overages that we had to pay to avoid eviction that got put on with our rent for 4 or 5 months. The office would not fix it despite our timely cooperation. Now they promise a credit to our account. We have been waiting since they first time they overcharged us- January 2023. We've started seeing lots of roaches all of a sudden daily since the end of February 2023. They keep skipping pest control treatment service requests and marking complete!Little to no communication from management, mostly no communication at all. They ignore their tenants issues and concerns. They only care about the 100 new apartment homes they are opening in 2024!Repairs requests get marked completed eventhough no one ever came to repair or even look at.

      This apartment complex is charging for me not living in the apartment . The apartment complex will not contact past manager who handled the account. The manager who verified i moved out/ transfer units left, a new manger who was handling my case, moved. State farm feels they are not responsible. I never moved into my new unit ,. ******************************* are blaming me . The manager ****** said the burden was on me to find the past managers **** AND **** to verify my situation. so I have been looking for a year to resolve the situation CAN YOU HELP ME. THIS SITUATION HAS BEEN HURTING ME FROM GETTING A PLACE TO LIVE

      Per ******* tenant laws, Audubon was supposed to provide within 60 days my final account statement. I have yet to recieve anything and I moved out 07/2022. We are now in 02/2023, I have reached out TWICE in regards to having my final account statement. I had a credit on my account of over $1700 and my security deposit of $200. I have not recieved ANYTHING back. They have stolen my money! I have videos to prove how and when I left my apartment. I need my money.

      These apartments are awful and cheaply made for the price. I pay $1,350 a month just to be roommates with roaches, rats, fleas, AND my neighbors . I can hear every move they make. I was also told many lies before I moved in such as construction will be finished soon, my patio will be enclosed, and so forth and all of it was false. I would not recommend a dog to stay there. The staff is very rude and unhelpful, the answer is always I dont know the exact property is called the *********************

      I moved out in July 2022 and they have not sent my deposit back. Nothing was wrong with the apartment they just are horrible record keepers and extremely unprofessional.
