      ? 1-Star Review Title:My Experience at The *****: Roaches, Poor Conditions & No Accountability Review:I do not recommend moving into The ***** Apartments in ******************. I signed a lease and paid four months of rent upfront, only to be placed into two different units both with roaches. The first unit had visible roaches within days, so management moved me to a second unit, where I also saw roaches immediately after entering.Despite my concerns, management downplayed the issue, claiming that two roaches doesnt qualify as an infestation, even though they scheduled multiple pest control visits. That alone speaks volumes. If it wasnt a problem, why treat it?I was never provided a clean, livable apartment, and I still havent been able to fully move in. I had to fight just to get a copy of my lease they didnt even provide it at signing. When I requested to be released from my lease and refunded, I was told no even though I was never given a habitable unit to begin with.I am now taking legal action through Fulton County Magistrate Court for breach of lease and constructive eviction. If youre considering moving here, please know: you may be signing a lease for a problem you didnt create and management will not be on your side when issues ******** your homework. Check the reviews. Talk to current residents. There are better options in ******************.

      I have been waiting on the return of an admin fee since March. The first check was dropped in the mail and surfaced in my mailbox 40 days later. Corporate ended up voiding that check and sending out another. Here we are 90 days later, still no check. I call the office weekly and receive no answer, no call back, no email response, Nothing! The poor people at the apartment complex are just stuck in the middle of this foolishness. Apparently, Im not the only one that hasnt received their money. Even contractors are complaining of non-payments from what I was told. Next stop, legal action.
