              I paid for a transmission to be put in my 1999 ***** in the summer of 2021. They put in the transmission but it was still slipping. I took it back in may of 2022 under warranty to be serviced for a new transmission. They have had my car ever since and when I reach out through text, the owners son, Logan says it will be done within a week. He has done this several times. My dad has also been going up there the last couple of months and no changes have been done to the car.

              My car and transmission has been sitting at both locations on Watson and Elberta for a year and 8 months . I have been going by the shops looking Logan he's never there and texting. He was responding but now he is not answering my calls or replying to text. I did speak face to face with a couple employees that was at the shop but they had no information. My car is still not fixed , no reply to voicemail or text . I need my car fixed or released

              She can gladly come pick up her car. No money is owed . Never have we told This customer she can’t get her car. Also, no storage has been charged.
