You are running a sham company and nothing you say will absolve you of your guilt. You know what you are doing and I promise I will make sure you are held accountable for your actions. Unfortunately for you, you have (illegally) booted the wrong person this time and I cant wait to watch while your company is brought to the ground for its actions. xoxo :,)p.s. youre so embarrassing. get a real job instead of scamming other people out of their money.

I went to a company dinner with my husband and we drove 2 separate cars. I paid $20 for each car to park for 3 hours. We came back to the lot before our time expired to find my car booted. I called and they sent an attendant over who supposedly called his Manager and the Manager said I still had to pay it. I showed the attendant all my paperwork and the fact that it was deducted from my bank already. It would have been very simple to remove the boot after seeing all of this. Instead, I was forced to pay the fee while standing in 30 degree weather. There were 4 other people in the same boat as me standing there angry. I filed a complaint on ************************** and of course was ignored. We have a large group of people preparing to go to the news on this matter and we hope this will stop them once and for all. Its wrong and they should be stopped. I got a free dinner that night and paid $115 to park. Thats simply ridiculous!!!

I am rejecting this response because: Ive already uploaded all my receipts previously as part of my response.  I paid $40 for 2 cars and followed all the rules.  Then I got booted and paid another $75.  The attendant even said he didnt know what happened but the app only showed one car. If thats the case then why did I pay twice for 2 cars??? Now I try uploading these receipts and it tells me those file types arent accepted.  I wont be spending time on this any longer.  The news will be co tasting you for a response once they finish with me and the others who were wrongly charged that evening.

      Sincerely,

      ***** *********

On November 4th I paid for 3 hours to park while my children and I got coffee and did an escape room. We returned in 2.5 hours to find our car booted. We paid $135 to get the boot removed and were told the front of the lot was premium parking for $20 an hour and the back part of the lot was preferred which was $12 an hour. There is no clear marking of this. It is one lot. I made a dispute but was of course ignored. I have videos showing the fraudulent way this lot is run where there is no clear distinction or marking. (Not only that why would I pay extra to park illegally in a cheaper lot??) I had full parking coverage for this lot the entire time (although reportedly just the front half after the fact). This is such a scam. The lack of communication from the company is beyond belief. I guess they run it like this on purpose to get tourists money. Despicable behaviour. I also live in a tourist town and I cant fathom this racket being allowed to continue.

The screenshot you provided shows that you paid for parking at *************, which is the neighboring lot operated Premium Parking.  You were parked on 101 Iberville operated by Park First and no payment was made on this lot for your vehicle.  Tickets are not transferable between lots.  No credit is due.

I filed a dispute for a charge I received on October 13 for $75. Its been almost a month, and have not heard back from the dispute. The man was wrongfully booting my car as I was trying to pay for parking on my app. I explained to him the app wasnt working and showed him proof of that and he disregarded it and continued to boot. The app wasnt loading and I just needed more time. I feel I was wrongfully charged $75 as I was willing to pay for parking and would never expect to park for free. I would appreciate it so much if I could be refunded or have some sort of adjustment so that I can pay for parking at a normal cost. I never heard back from the dispute and there is no phone number to contact someone about this.

Unfortunately your parking payment is required before walking off the lot.  In the event you are unable to make a payment we suggest contacting us on one of the numbers posted on the lot for assistance.

Session was paid for until 8:31PM so statement that I had not paid for parking is not true. Why would I pay for a boot to be removed while in a Paid For Session? I should not be. I have sent this to all parties multiple times to the point where it has gotten ridiculous. As seen in the attached receipts I had 40+ minutes remaining when forced to pay for a boot removal. Why is that?Their ** Code scanning system is flawed. I scanned the portal right next to my car and paid the fee for that lot. If the ** Code for the lot I was in produced a session for some other lot, I cannot control that nor did that happen. I scanned the ** Code and paid at the kiosk right beside my car . The agent scanned with his phone and had the same thing happen on site. He acknowledged the app had been having some problems. I showed my paid session to him, he made a phone call and the wrong decision was then made to charge me for removing a boot I should never have received.Sadly, Mrs. **** ****** was grossly misinformed before denying this claim and stating that I did not pay for parking when clearly have proven that I had. My attempts to call and discuss with her are left undone due to no form of contact available.Charge Are Not Due and should have never been transacted to begin with. Boot Man Inc. just made the wrong decision and had the chance to do the right thing but chose otherwise. No one pays in one lot then parks in another. I paid at the kiosk right besdie my vehincle.

This is a huge mostly empty parking lot with a giant sign that says PUBLIC PARKING. There's no gate, no guard or ticket booth. I, like many others, pulled into the lot and parked. We spent our morning enjoying ***********, my birth place, on my birthday. Upon return to my vehicle, there was a sign (attached) stuck to my window which stated my vehicle was immobilized. I called the numbers provided because my vehicle had been "booted". An employee soon showed up and charged me $135 before he would unboot my vehicle. I was forced to pay then, no options. Myself (a gov ********** a visiting policeman and another guest (an Air Force Lieutenant) of my party all got this fine/fee of $135 within 20 mins of each other. It's a total scam. I want my $135 back and want them stopped before they ruin the tourism in ****. I would have gladly paid a reasonable parking fee. The issue here is the booting and those making a fortune off of it at the cost of the visiting tourist. I'm sure they will claim that it was written somewhere. However, it cannot be seen pulling into the parking lot. The writing would have to be as large as the PUBLIC PARKING sign. In order to open a claim, they want me to pay yet another $50. Once again, robbery.

Public parking is parking that is available to the general public and is not restricted to tenants or visitors of a building or complex - it does not mean the parking is free.  This is a pre-paid parking lot with a pay station with several options for paying the parking fees.  There are also signs posted all around the parking lot.  No credit is due.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an incident that occurred on August 1, 2024, at approximately 9:19 AM, involving the illegal booting of two vehicles belonging to two young African-American women at the ************* Traffic Court located on ***********Both women had paid in advance for parking. Despite this, their vehicles were improperly booted, causing significant distress and trauma. This action not only humiliated and inconvenienced them, but also displayed a lack of professionalism and empathy on the part of the individual responsible for booting their vehicles. The "booter" behaved in a highly unprofessional manner and exacerbated the situation by threatening to leave the devices on the vehicles, reacting negatively to the emotional response from one of the young women's mothers, who was speaking with her daughter over the phone. Furthermore, by booting their vehicles after they had already paid for parking, the "booter" effectively detained these women against their will, which is both unlawful and unacceptable.
