    On August 9th, I called OneLife Fitness to cancel my membership. They redirected me to *** Fitness, their billing company.I called *** Fitness immediately, and asked to cancel my membership. They told me that I had already been charged for August membership dues, but that my membership would expire on September 1st, and was not set to auto-renew. They did not send me any confirmation of this. I didn't trust them, so I created a virtual credit card number with my bank so that I would be notified of future charges.In October, I got a notice that my virtual credit card number had declined a charge from them, and I saw that they charged me for a renewal in September as well. This means that they lied about not auto-renewing my membership, and then placed unauthorized, fraudulent charges on my credit card.I called today to cancel, and they lied again, claiming that there is no record of my previous phone call (I can provide call logs from my cell phone to prove otherwise), and that because this was now a new cancellation request, I need to pay a $60 cancellation fee on the newly-renewed membership, as well as the membership dues for September and October, and any other charges that *** arise in the next 30 days, which might include November's dues.All total, this amounts to $60 + $30 + $30 (and possibly another $30 if they charge me for November) of fraudulent charges based on their false claim that I didn't call to cancel on August 9th at 11:17AM Eastern -- which I did (see ************************************************************** for the screenshot from my phone's call logs).

    Absolutely terrible company They lock you in a membership Nobody from the billing company will answer the phone. It's a trap do not fall for it Buyer beware
