              On ***** *** 2023 I took my wife’s *** ***** ** ********** ***** *** **** for a minor repair. This was scheduled in ******** 2023 for us to bring to them to begin working on it on ***** **. We were informed that the car would be ready on ***** **, 2023. We called Kendrick’s on morning of ***** **, to find out time this day it would be ready. ******* with Kendrick’s had numerous contacts with us leading up to this day, verifying that it would be ready. ******* called me back at 3:30pm to let us know it would now be ******* *** * before it was ready. Which is totally unacceptable. When a company gives you a date they should meet their commitment. I need somebody to fix this problem and fix it now. This has now become a major inconvenience.

              Willie did an excellent job with the repair on my car. He always responded to texts and phone calls and answered my questions. He gave me the confidence that they would find and solve the problem with my car. I was overwhelmed with the professionalism, skill, and kindness that I observed during this experience.??????
