    US Window Factory did a good job installing 12 Windows for us in 2013 with a lifetime warranty. In 2024 one picture window leaked gas and started fogging up in between window panels and the arch half window (tempered glass) above the door was cracked inside and needed placing. We contacted US Window they sent someone out to take measurements as they didn't have our previous measurements from 2013, cost $45, they ordered windows, it took several months and we didn't hear back so we contacted US Window again and the employee we were working with was no longer available and no one could find our paperwork so they sent out another person to do measurements again $85 this time they called us that windows were in and we owed $149 deposit for tempered glass window. To this date we haven't heard back (5 months) we can't reach anyone. Then they called us to pay for installation. Per our original contract we shouldn't have paid all these charges and we still have no windows. Service was very bad. As of today 6/20/2024 still no contact, no one will call us back, close to $350 paid out.*. *****

    U.S. Window Factory did a fabulous job removing old windows and replaced with exceptional quality new windows. The work was completed as promised, no trash or glass was left on site and the employees were courteous and hard working. Would certainly use them again and would recommend to others. ****, the sales person, was through and communicated well.

    I had an overall great experience with ***************** and the ** window factory. I had all the windows replaced and a customized glass boat door installed. There were some back order issues with the door, and it took a few months to get it installed, but the team was in touch and had great customer service throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

    Couldnt be more pleased with the courteous experience with all people I interacted with. Installation was superb. The windows are exceptional. I highly recommend U.S. Window Factory.
