      Unprofessional and shady business tactics. Vacation Express is refusing to help me resolve an issue unless I have the travel agent present on the phone or in person however; I was informed that the travel agent doesnt have the power to make any changes. The company is trying to force me to pay their undisclosed fees twice in order to receive a flight voucher. Ive called many times and each time the customer service agents and specialists are extremely rude and unhelpful. They leave you on hold for long periods of time. They avoid answering direct questions and constantly talk over you. This is a poor excuse for a company. Vacation Express doesnt take any accountability for anything and are constantly blaming others and the customer. Im very disappointed; Ill never use them again and discourage others from using them in the future.

      Shady business practices and horrible customer service. They booked incorrect room and refused to offer assistance over the phone, only via email. Did not act with sense of urgency and accommodations were incorrect while out of the country. Will not refund for night that we spent in room that we were wrongly given. No accountability. Will be reporting to BBB

      Called to add insurance to a reservation today, 9/27/22 around 1:00pm and spoke with *****. She was so nasty and unprofessional, to the point it was joke. Asked to be transferred to someone else who provided more clarity and MUCH better customer service.
