I ride Marta Mobility and 9 out 10 times they are late. More Than 30 minutes late. Marta doesn't notify riders that the busses are running late. When I call ETA I can be on hold for over 30 minutes before someone will pick up and give me an updated time frame. Marta Mobility started using ***** to transport riders. When the ***** driver cancels the trip Marta Mobility doesn't notify the rider. I was waiting for over 2 hours for a ride home, this it's the longest I've had to wait for Marta Mobility to pick me up. Whenever I send an email to customer service they say they will research and get back in touch with me. They apologize explain their was a large number of call outs or what ever the issue is for that day. I can never speak to a Supervisor because their never there.

Left the ******************** at approximately 5:30pm to go to a ballgame at *********** and did not return until after midnight. I realized while at the ballgame that the bus was not returning to the stop near the ballpark that we were dropped off at. I found the bus stop on my phone that would take us back to the Marta ********** subway, but no one at the Truist Stadium could tell us where it was located or where we could find a bus stop near the stadium. We were at a loss until walking almost a mile to find a bus stop that was approximately 1/2 mile from the one that we were dropped off at. There was a gentleman directing pedestrian traffic near the original bus stop that pointed us in the right direction. This was a nightmare for us. The Truist Stadium needs a bus pickup at their doorstep to the nearest Marta Subway. We made it back to ********************* at 1am and only because of a very kind gentleman (***** our savior). My suggestion for anyone attending a ballgame at Truist Stadium is do not use public transportation in Atlanta!

The bus operator for route 189 refused to answer any of my concerns, and then tells me to exit her bus, which in turn left me stranded, moreover the 189 route was canceled for remainder of evening

MARTA rail service is a good service, however, pessimistic. I arrived at Kensington Station at ****. With the need to use the latrine as a paying consumer. A few drivers and Maintenance personnel denied me access to the latrine. Mindful of the five-minute threshold before ****. Moreover, the rapid transit system is open by ****. The access to latrines is not. I guess this is why every station platform smells like some kind of ***** matter or urine. I'm a paying consumer I want access to what is a controlled area. Every latrine has a locked door only accessible by key card. Except for *******************. This isn't okay because it's not accommodating seniors or individuals with a disability. Nonetheless, the rant of the notice to consumers about a seat. Hopefully, the **** plan has better in store. I haven't given up growing concern over the matter. If the BBB can't or won't help. I'll have to find some way out of goodwill. Besides the consistent transportation lapses, MARTA is so good that they're too good. I can't believe those people want me to wait a whole 5 minutes more to use a latrine they have control over. I won't fight for myself but for millions of Georgians that are subdued to this style of forced compliance. 5 minutes, the clock I've gotta punch in at work has a +/- 5-minute threshold. A home can only be of center plus or minus 1/16th. Maybe someone can get the picture. Ethically it's insane.

With the elevated price of rental cars, i've been forced into using MARTA bus & rail service for about 2 months. The bus schedules are often a fiction. Have been stranded several times when attempting to ride bus lines 5 and 6. Just waited for a northbound bus 5 on Piedmont Road for at least an hour, and saw no buses running north or south. Called customer service, and their dispatch claimed a gas line break had affected service. Curiously, there was no report of a gas line break on WSB radio, nor did traffic seem to be affected on Piedmont Road. The MARTA app and its real time bus feature is also unreliable. Use Google Maps instead for updates. It's no surprise Gwinnett County voters rejected a MARTA rail extension to Jimmy Carter Boulevard, although rail service is more reliable than buses. Bottom line: Use Lyft instead!
