    The ****** location refused to honor the warranty provided by ************************* staff looked me up and down. And then told me to 'go back to my own neighborhood 'To refuse to honor a warranty because I don't 'belong' in your neighborhood is wrong. I paid thousands of dollars for a repaired transmission, not racist treatment

    May 2024 I allowed AAMCO Transmission to tow my 2013 ***** **** to their location ***************************************************************************, ************. I was advised the towing cost was $139 if I decided not to allow AAMCO to do my repairs. AAMCO employee ***** contacted me after performing their free inspection. Stated he had good news. Advise after the inspection he located a new clutch with clutch kit included for a little over 200 dollars. He further explained that they charge a little over the price of the part in order to make their profit and my repairs with tax included.Should come to around 1350. I was OK with the price after he assured me it would not be any more than ***** advised there were other cars ahead of mine, and he would contact me when I needed to come in and sign the consent. This went on for a few months, and I was not pleased. I decided to go in person to see what was causing the delay. Only to learn ***** was no longer employed, and the owner refused to honor what I was quoted and refuse to pull the recording as I suggested, so he would hear for himself what his employee had-gone over with me. I am disabled and felt pressured and very disrespected by the owner *******. Under duress I agreed if not more than 1500 we could do business. My car was supposed to be repaired and ready for pick up by November 20, 2024. I paid ******* on November *******. My car was not worked on until March 2025! ******* said he was short staffed and in addition he charged an additional ******* before he would release my car. Car was returned barely running AC no longer blowing through vents. Traction light on. Engine light blinking. Car is not operable after payment of ******** The only repair needed was replacing my clutch. My car never had a oil leak. The owner said he did the repairs himself and became verbally abusive when I asked to bring my car back in. It has taken nearly a year to get any repairs done. I was more than understanding after being given multiple excuses

    AAMCO charged me 2500 , they put in a defective radiator , ive lost wages and suffer from anixety and depression

    The truck was misdiagnosed. I bought a fuel pump in addition to their cost and I had the car towed. In addition to the cost the total bill was about 800 dollars . I took the truck around the corner and had it repaired. Now its fine. The owner called me and threatened me with legal action since I stopped payment on a check then after that, they called me and wanted the truck returned, even though it took longer than it was supposed to. I chose not to return it and take it somewhere else and I had it repaired. It was not in the fuel pump assembly at all, which is what they replaced. I went in and paid the bill in cash. The Problem with the truck was in the electrical system. Nothing to do with the fuel pump. I will never use this company again and I have absolutely no faith in them is why I did not bring the truck back. Also they were supposed to do it one day later and it was a week and a half later.

    Took my car to Aamco transmission of ********** ******* for an estimate to have it repaired. A week later or more they come back with a high estimate to rebuild the transmission, computer, and torque converter. I told them it was too much and that I didnt want to put that much money into the car because it wasnt worth that. I asked several time if the car was in the way or if I was being charged for it to be parked there. They assured me it was fine several times. Aamco transmission of ********** then without my knowledge had the car towed to a tow yard. Costing over $300. For the tow and storage. I was pretty upset. ****** ***** then told me to come down there if I was a man when I called. From what I gathered meant he wanted to fight. Very unprofessional.

    Ihave a transmission replaced in August and in October it went out again. So when I took it back the supposedly sent it for the dealership in ********** my warranty was denied because the dealership said the incorrect fluid was put into the transmission. Then it sat at the Aamco store in ******. The eventually taken to the dealership in ********. I was once told before Thanksgiving my warranty was approved, then Monday after Thanksgiving I was told it was denied. They were supposedly working on getting it approved. The telhe week of December 9th I was told it was approved. So I called on Tuesday and Wednesday and they told me my car was being towed back to Newnan along with the transmission. In the whole time from October till December Aamco has maybe called me a half of dozens of calls. Terrible customer service. Then owner wants to call me a liar. She states that they dont have anything do with corporate. I have talked to them several times and the lady I talked to called **** right away. Plus the times I called corporate the lady I called would return my calls within a business day. My documents are in my car. I have contacted a lawyer about this. 2 months is to long

    took my vehicle in for a diagnosis cause the transmission was pulling up codes i had asked them to move a car infront of the vehicle to be able to get it out of the parking lot so I could come and pick it up later that day it wasn't done so when I came to pick it up had to drive over a curb to get it out second the driver side window was left open it had raind that entire day so it was soaked third for some reason the stereo had been messed with it was all loose not properly attached. they took for ever to answer the lady when I told her all this said there's nothing they can do about it what am I asking for and I said at the very least a refund

    after them putting a new engine in my truck the truck is not running very good cutting out and sputtering oand it smokes check engine light on and they said they was finished with my truck spent 3200 to install bought new parts twice for 500 paid aamco another *************************************************************** it already spent 50 on injector and dont have a rounding truck

    Complaint Against AAMCO ***************************************************************** ************** I Spoke to ****** of on 8-18-24 about towing the car to their location. After arriving I filed out a customer information form. No company name/logo or stipulations on it. A brief description of the car's issues was added. (Valve body cracked and possible new transmission wiring harness needed) I was told I would receive a call. The 1st call from ****** described the "diagnostic" read out. I asked if the oil pan was pulled to confirm the valve body crack. The answer was no. He said the rebuild of the trans would be $996 plus the amount of any other things seen. Also said an estimate would be sent. Later an estimate of $6,560 was sent! Before the estimate was sent I mentioned that a running model of the same year was $4000 blue book. When I said put it back together, his response was, "the $996 would now have to be cash"! I told him there was no contractual or verbal agreements on cash at any time! When the work "was" going to be done I mentioned I would have to see which credit card I would use. ******'s response was that they have financing. "******" claims they have that right to request ****. This is without the showing of signs, wording in a contract or any mentioning beforehand. Claims he has verbal "items" said by me but if so, I am very careful with my wording of answers and questions. I told him it was never mentioned and I did not agree to anything like that. In ********** both parties must agree that a phone conversation is to be recorded. Sounds like an avoidance of a paper trail. Knowing the estimate of $6,500 was an obscene price was part of the scam. If the person went for it then it was way overpriced. If they didn't, then the "bait" price of $996 they would get for pretty much part of the scam! This establishment should be looked into. I don't think his past customers do **************************** but post negative feedback on a web page. ********************* ************

    Paid for a rebuilt transmission a tune up and axles replaced. They told me the car was in perfect condition after all this has been performed on the car. I received the car on a Friday and put in reverse to take it home and a hard noise sounded when I put the car in reverse. I went inside to talk to the mechanic and he said if it didnt go away in 500-1000 miles to come back. The next time I drove the car for 5 minutes and it made a loud noise 3 times while driving it in drive. Also, when I picked up the car it had no air in the tires they were in air 22 and its an suv supposed to be in 35. They didnt notice this detail while they drove it to test drive it.now the car is with them again. I dont have a screenshot of the third receipt they never send it to me through text like I asked them too they only send me two receipts through text
