This woman is so rude and very unprofessional to do your taxes with so please DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!! She asked for my banking information so it can be direct deposit and decided to do check instead. I asked her why and she told me she doesnt know why. I told her since you did that I need you to send it overnight and she is procrastinating to get me my tracking number.

We are sorry that you feel that we were unprofessional and had a negative experience while waiting on your refund. We strive to provide excellent customer service to all of our clients. We notify all of our clients when we have funding dates on their tax refunds. You were notified several days in advance of your funding date and that your funding method was changed to a check from direct deposit. Unfortunately, sometimes that does happen for a number of reasons. Our office is notified from the tax bank when this occurs. They dont tell us why when we are notified. You were told that the check would be overnighted to you once received on May 4th( your funding day). On May 4th, your refund check was printed and overnighted as promised. A text from the companys communication system was sent to you with the confirmation receipt and a picture of your refund check while still in the post office parking lot . We wanted to make sure you got it immediately because the owner was not going back to the office for the day . It was unbeknownst to us that you didnt receive it on your end. An email with the picture of your check and confirmation receipt was sent later that day. Apparently, there was a misunderstanding. As promised, you will have your refund check the next day today. We wish you the best. Once again . Thank you for choosing Mastermind.
