    Do not recommend ******* or Mastermind Tax at all. After 3 consecutive years of using her, and all of her excuses over and over again. I am a business owner but however the amount of disrespect and lack of communication. Days, weeks, and months without a response totally unacceptable and unprofessional. This last time was my last straw we entrusted her once again to do our taxes. She file it and stated we would get xamount back. Then on another instance she stated a totally different amount. Then I confronted her and she acted like she didnt know what I was talkin about. Also screenshotted and she was still dumb founded. So now get a Letter from the *** stating that we now OWE money back going against everything she has said. I confronted her and she said wait for the *** letter. This was over 4 weeks ago and still have not heard from her. I am a husband and a father of 4 kids we have until December 21st to respond and do not know what to do as we hire mastermind and ******* to do this and now theyve disappeared. Do NOT recommend them especially *******. Wish I could give negative stars in regards to this.
