  These people are scam artists. They have actually stolen my salt cell that I submitted for warranty. You can not even make contact with anyone from their supposed store location in Knoxville TN. I have since contacted the District Attorneys office in Knoxville to pursue this matter. Avoid these people at all costs.

  Salt Pool Store does NOT stand by any of their warranty claims. I bought a salt cell for $450 that was defective and have submitted a warranty claim form per their instructed twice and got no response. Their customer service phone number is not answered and no way to leave a message. They do NOT respond at all to emails either. I guess I'm left to eat the money I paid out as there doesn't appear to be anything else I could do. Too bad theirs not some class action lawsuit agains them as I now read that there are many others taken in by this company like me. I only left one star because the system would not allow me to leave zero stars.

  My experience has been the same as everyone else. Purchased the T-15 replacement cell in July 2024. In less than a year, its reading that is too hot. My controller is saying that its over 150 degrees and its obviously not generating chlorine. I created the warranty request online and never heard from anyone. I've sent emails and attempted to call the number they have online with no luck. Like many others, the phone puts you on hold and eventually hangs up. Looks like I will spend the $ and get a true replacement and chalk this up as a learning experience. Its unfortunate that companies like this are allowed to continuously scam their consumers with no recourse or accountability. In conclusion... horrible product and even worse customer service.

  STAY AWAY!! Purchased a salt cell and and went defective in less than a year. They state a five year warranty. I completed a warranty claim, but no response. Sent multiple emails and when trying to call, it's computer generated and they hang up. Can't get anyone on the phone.

  If I could leave ZERO stars I would but unfortunately this tool does not allow me to. With that said, my salt cell just after one year so i filled out a warranty request but the warranty department will not respond. I emailed the store several times and again, no response. I called their phone number and does not allow one to choose either option 1 for sales, or option 2 for tech support; instead the call is either dropped off or is "answered" but with no one on the line. This business is a **** and has the POOREST **************** ever! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

  Worked 1 season and started showing "too hot" when the water is 70 F. Trying to get warranty claim for over 3 months now. No response what so ever. Please avoid.

  HORRIBLE Business! Their products only work for a very short time, and their warranty is non existent bc you cant even talk to anyone and try emailing them and they dont respond. But they are right up there on top of the search bar and keep scamming people!

  If I could leave less than one star I would. This place is a total rip off the ad advertised a very cheap price for salt Cell and $50 for two day shipping express. I got the part over a week later first bad indicator and it was shipped from ********** ********* Not the as advertised Tennessee USA based company. The part was faulty and was leaking in the housing and I immediately started communicating to find out what the return process was. Supposedly the part was warrantied. So I filled out a warranty form. I tried over and over to reach somebody by telephone and the phone system hangs up on you as soon as it transfers you to either customer service for sales one day I got lucky and somebody answered the phone and the girl told me that because it was before *************************************************************************** And I emailed the form back and it said to wait for instructions. I never heard back. I called again and again sent relentless emails tried their online chats. Literally, they have never answered a single communication I have sent them and I have no way to send the part back. I am going to have to resort to getting my credit card company to reverse the charge possibly Im not sure where else to go with it, but they are basically unreachable, and very minimally. They have the worst customer service in the world like they literally do not communicate to their customers past the point of purchase if theres an issue.Whatever you do do not buy apart from the Salt Pool Store.
