My family and I thought we were buying a newly built home in Dogwood Manor from seller ******. This experience has been a nightmare and still is to date. ****** has never properly introduced herself to us out of the 14-mo. process. She got our deposits and ******* money, and our agent had a hard time communicating our concerns to her. The project design and workmanship on the house is POOR QUALITY! The house had a flood before closing due to their unqualified contractors. We were rushed to close under false pretense that everything was fine. After we moved in the house, we discovered the flooring had uneven subflooring, bug infestation due to the windows being open to dry the house out. Master bedroom carpeting moisture. Mold and mildew under the **** All windows malfunction, areas poorly and half painted. All floor vents to air conditioning unit were full of trash, paint and plaster. Basement full of red dirt. Instead of installing our jetted tub originally on contract that sat in the garage for 3 mos., a small baby tub was placed in the master. ****** attempted to take our $1,000 credit to pay for their mistake. She never did a walk thru or came to closing we us. The community is all black and her actions proved she just wanted our money! She may have had good reviews, but probably from those she got the most commission. I wish we could have gotten our money back! They racially discriminate.

Oh my God! *************************** turned out to be the realtor from ratchet h*** *irst let me say that we fired this woman and paid her for the rights to pictures of our home. She kept the money and refused to release the pics even though she sent us a link to them. She was so unprofessional and argumentative. I found her to be dishonest. Just too much to write. Lastly after the open house and firing her because it was too stressful dealing with her attitude, I discovered that my wedding ring had been takin from my draw. Not sure when it had been stolen by a potential buyer. Our cameras show the girl hosting the opening sitting in the livingroom while people walked freely through my house. Worse experience ever. The * rating is understood. 3/2023

****** ******* and **** ******** are scam artists they took my money and did nothing. They kept telling me to pay 600 dollars and they would find me a house they sent me a mls listing once every two weeks and never brought a home to my attention these people are the worse they knew the housing market was hot and took advantage they would not return my money and would not terminate our contract they are the worst realtors on the planet.

Bracha ******* was the most unprofessional realtor I have ever come across. Yes, she tried to help us get into a home. Yes, she did well with responding. We were told we could move in on Monday ,shortly after it was Saturday after the carpets were cleaned Friday. The next day things have changed to move in date for Sunday Then the next day she finds out the power wasn't on( not sure how the. home had been on the market 70+ days). Bracha proceeded to write up her own lease/contract and was getting irritated because we didn't receive the email on our email. So we asked her to open a new message in order to send us the lease to sign. Mind you we have yet to meet her. Everything is done via tex, email,or call. She begins to yell. and wants to tell us she has many other applications she could be going over. LEASE STILL NOT SIGNED. she continues to yell and states that we can send her a cash app to hold the property even though we DID NOT GET THE ESIGN LEASE. We told her that there is no way she was getting paid with unsigned documents from both parties. She continued to raise her voice and she became even more belligerent. She proceeded to yell. JUST PLAIN OUT RUDE. I cannot see myself working with someone who seemed money hungry as if they were in the process on losing their property.
