      My family and I thought we were buying a newly built home in Dogwood Manor from seller ******. This experience has been a nightmare and still is to date. ****** has never properly introduced herself to us out of the 14-mo. process. She got our deposits and ******* money, and our agent had a hard time communicating our concerns to her. The project design and workmanship on the house is POOR QUALITY! The house had a flood before closing due to their unqualified contractors. We were rushed to close under false pretense that everything was fine. After we moved in the house, we discovered the flooring had uneven subflooring, bug infestation due to the windows being open to dry the house out. Master bedroom carpeting moisture. Mold and mildew under the **** All windows malfunction, areas poorly and half painted. All floor vents to air conditioning unit were full of trash, paint and plaster. Basement full of red dirt. Instead of installing our jetted tub originally on contract that sat in the garage for 3 mos., a small baby tub was placed in the master. ****** attempted to take our $1,000 credit to pay for their mistake. She never did a walk thru or came to closing we us. The community is all black and her actions proved she just wanted our money! She may have had good reviews, but probably from those she got the most commission. I wish we could have gotten our money back! They racially discriminate.

      Oh my God! *************************** turned out to be the realtor from ratchet h*** *irst let me say that we fired this woman and paid her for the rights to pictures of our home. She kept the money and refused to release the pics even though she sent us a link to them. She was so unprofessional and argumentative. I found her to be dishonest. Just too much to write. Lastly after the open house and firing her because it was too stressful dealing with her attitude, I discovered that my wedding ring had been takin from my draw. Not sure when it had been stolen by a potential buyer. Our cameras show the girl hosting the opening sitting in the livingroom while people walked freely through my house. Worse experience ever. The * rating is understood. 3/2023
