    Communication is not there. They do not respond there is no proven leadership, or accountability base. No one has communicated properly with me at this company. For 14 days and 6 unanswered emails and voicemails there has been no communication about when My wife and I can pick up our checks from the Atlanta office. With my wide range of contacts in the ********** world I will make sure To treat them with the same respect they have treated me

    I hired them for an auto accident that my son was in. I was offered a settlement in December 2024. There were no medical bills or any mitigating factors regarding this case. I have tried contacting them numerous times by phone and email with no response. I have left voicemails and never got a call back. I finally spoke with someone and was told that the settlement check had been received by them and should take 10 days to process. The ************************************************************** That have received a settlement on my sons behalf and have not paid it out and I cant reach anyone regarding this issue

    I called Kanner and Pinaluca back in May 2021. I had a slip and fall. The return phone call was from ***** Law Firm. I didnt know how this got from one law firm to another. My case settled on June 2024. And out of my settlement $6000.00 that went to Kanner and Pinaluca. How can they take anything when they dont have a license to practice in *******. Also there was never any contact with them. Something needs to be done about this.

    **************UPDATE 12/26/24****************AFTER LEAVING THIS REVIEW THEY LEFT VM REQUESTING ME TO CALL BACK ON 12/9 ONLY FOR ME TO BE AVOIDED UNTIL 12/19. ONCE I REACHED SOMEONE THEY DID CONFIRM THAT THEY DID IN FACT CONTINUE TO NEGLECT CASE BY NOT R/O TO ME NOR MEDICAL PROVIDERS AFTER RESPONSE IS NOT RECEIVED IN TIMELY MANNER. SIGNED CLOSING **** ON 12/19. WAS TOLD CHECK WOULD BE MAILED THAT WEEK TO GIVE FALSE HOPE AS INTENDED.CALLED MANY TIMES TO GET TRACKING FROM 12/20-26 ONLY TO BE AVOIDED.I CAN ASSUME THAT I WONT BE RECEIVING UNTIL 2025 OUT OF A 25K SETTLEMENT AFTER HAVING A BROKEN NECK THEY BELIEVE THEY ARE ENTITLED TO 8K IN FEES OF MY SETTLEMENT AFTER LIE AFTER LIE AND NEGLECT OF MY CASE. ID LIKE TO ADD THAT IM STILL IN PAIN FROM INJURIES IN WHICH NO ONE HAS EVEN QUESTIONED.I HAVE BEEN PAYING OUT OF POCKET FOR MH AND PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR INJURIES SUSTAINED WHILE THEY CAN HAPPILY PAY PROVIDER THAT PROVIDES LACK LUSTER TREATMENT THEY REFERRED ME TO FASTER THAN ME. SINCE THEY REFUSE TO SPEAK ABOUT THIS I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION TO VULNERABLE CLIENTS.

    This law firm has been the worst the lack of communication I cant get a time frame or a range on the settlement after I signed to documents to release the check they are prolonging my case and giving me the run around and this feels like a scam

    The Law Offices Of ******************************************* was representing me on a slip and fall injury that occurred in February 16th/ 17th, 2021!! Months of them so call representing me, they then transferred my case over to there partner the Law Offices of ****** Law Firm, I was not called, emailed, or even notified of this determination out of consideration for me to find my own representative as I did when I hired KP to represent me, unbeknownst to me I had no idea for months, zero response of KP until I went to a higher end and then was told by phone after going months without no response or no returned phone calls, zero information until I started making phone calls, then I was told ****** law firm was taking over my case. Which is by far worse law firm then **. As they say; birds of a feather, flock together. As hundreds if not thousands of clients wonder why they havent heard from no one from ** I can and will be the first to tell you I know awhole lot of things about both these law firms that can have them shut down and penalize with millions of dollars in fines and possibly practice suspension indefinitely!!! Here it is Sept 20th, 2024 still no settlement and I know why and they know why, but what they dont know is what I shouldnt know along with everyone on here complaining and reporting how much of a terrible business that ** is running. I know in fact too much and that is all I am going to say on here. But if anyone is still waiting and wonder why or why there settlement was by far to short, reach out to me, I have the answers to all your concerns and questions, trust me. This is my right and left hand to GOD!!!!My name is ******* ****** *************. Call me I will help you in the best way I can.

    The accident occurred in January 2022 (2 1/2 years ago). I have called and emailed the case managers, attorneys, and customer service many times over the years inquiring on my case and requesting payment. A few times, I received a reply stating that they're still working on the case and someone will reach out. One attorney even blocked my email. The last substantive email stated that a $25,000 limit is in the process BUT that was 2 years ago. Please assist as you can. I'm contemplating contacting the bar and the insurance commission and seek legal counsel concerning this breach. Wondering if there is a class action suit? Please assist with contact. I just want this to be done and receive my fair settlement. At this point, they really don't deserve a percentage.

    I have been contacting this law firm to send a withdrawal letter to my insurance adjuster for State Farm every time I reach out to them I get nowhere I just need my withdrawal letter I no longer want to be with this law firm
