    Orena fragrances continues to be a not very reliable company to support. They are STILL horrible at getting back to customers and the absolute worst at shipping items out. I emailed and sent ****** messages on their Instagram just to be ignored. I have commented on my order not shipping just for them to delete my comments rather than responding and helping me. It's unfortunate cause their products seem decent but they are alright. Lots of their batches are not consistent anyways and they tend to be mediocre at recreating niche fragrance replicas in their oils. Their oils smell good BUT they do not smell exactly like what it's supposed to replicate. They smell like an off brand version of the perfume honestly. I would much rather continue purchasing from ***** ***** ****. They are amazing in everyway and they smell exactly as the fragrance they are replicating. They are mire expensive than orena BUT they are way worth it and ship at great times. I will never be ordering from Orena Fragrances ever again. They continue to be awful at what they do.

    Placed my order on May 1st, and my *** status has been stuck on "Label created" for a whole week now. The website claims that they'll get back to you in 24hrs, but neither of my two emails have been answered. The more I do my research on this brand, the more horror stories I read of the absolutely GARBAGE customer service this brand has. Not only have they BLOCKED several customers for trying to comment their concerns regarding their orders taking way too long to even ship, it's funny how I still see the brand's social media actively comment below review videos, as if we don't see that they're not completely dead to be ignoring all the emails and messages. DO BETTER. I understand that there may be an influx of orders, but at least keep your words that you put down on your website about how good your customer service is, just for it to be absolutely filthy garbage. I'll be cancelling my order if I see no progress in my package within this week.

    I placed an order mid-April and my package did not ship within the time frame posted to their website 2-8 business days. I emailed about shipping and got no response. Days later, a *** shipping label was emailed at the beginning of May. I emailed after a week of no movement via *** and due to other customers who had similar experiences. I never received a response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Nearly two weeks later after no email response and no movement on the shipping, I saw the shipment was canceled. The order is still unfulfilled on the website. My credit card company is looking into the issue but the lack of response for over a month and no products is disappointing at least and theft at worst. I also attempted to inquire from other customers about their shipping experience with the company to give them the benefit of the doubt in case other customers also had long shipping experiences. However, the company deleted my comment on social media. Thats a definite red flag.

    Ive never had such a terrible experience with the company ever. Placed my order on April 18th, none of my items were flagged as being on backorder or sold out. By May 12 I canceled my order by filing a dispute with my credit card company because this company refused to answer my emails on status of shipment. They took my money and then didnt ship my order. sketchy business!

    Never received my order placed on December 3, 2023. Company does not respond to emails. Would give 0 stars if possible
