    One of the worst customer service companies. I ordered a body oil from this company and the one I received smelled spoiled and nothing like the oil smell they advertised. I sent 5 different emails asking why my oil smells off and did not receive a single email back. Then I tried leaving a 1 star review and of course they dont post their 1 star reviews. Will never ever buy from this overpriced company again.

    ******** customer service. They sent me oil that smelled spoiled and I emailed them about 2 weeks ago now and havent received a response. You can only return the item and get store credit. Why would I buy from them again after they sent me spoiled oil that smells nothing like what the oil was advertised for.

    To Whom It May Concern,I am submitting a complaint against Orena Fragrances regarding an order I placed on May 17, 2025, totaling $163.20, which I have not received.After contacting the company, I was informed that my order was lost. However, I have not received any further communication, updates, or a refund. I have followed up multiple times, but Orena Fragrances has failed to respond or resolve the issue. Their complete lack of accountability and communication raises concerns about the legitimacy of their business practices.Order Details:Company: Orena Fragrances Order Date: May 17, 2025 Amount Paid: $163.20 Issue: Order never delivered. Company acknowledged it was lost but has not issued a refund or provided updates.Desired Resolution:I am requesting a full refund of $163.20.     I placed an order on 5/23/25. A labeled was created for this order on 6/2/25 and no other updates were provided. I reached out to the business on 6/6/25 and 6/9/25 and I have not received a response other than an automated generic message saying they are experiencing high volume of emails. The order is still in the labeled created status as of 6/9/25

    I ordered 2 body butters, with the aim of getting them by Mothers Day, which was May 11. My order was placed on May 2 with 1-2 day shipping. I reached out 3 times via email just begging for an update on an ETA but heard nothing back. I even explained the reason I ordered it and still nothing. I had to get my mom something else. Today is the 16th and I still did not receive anything. I also sent them an instagram DM and left them a comment I did not get a response to.

    I have purchased a Orena product on April 17, 2025 order number ***** for a ****** ***** oil and body butter. I emailed Orena back on for 4/28/25 to check the *** on my product. I received an email the same day stating that they will be getting back to me on the *** in 72 hours. I sent another email on May 2 to find out the status and they have not responded. I am feeling like I have had my money stolen from me soI would like to have a refill of the $95.97 sent back to me

    I purchased my the divine seduction body oil on January 1st during their New Years sale. When I placed the order I used Klarna and I believe the Klarna app had my old address. So the order shipped to the old address. I saw that it delivered there and tried to retrieve my package, but the people at the address would not answer the door. I contacted the company orena fragrances to let them know about the issue with the shipping. I sent the email on January 8. I have not heard from them since. I sent three follow up emails. And still have not heard from them. Its now February 1. I set up a claim with ***. To try to get my money back the claim is still in progress. This company poor customer service. They dont reply to their customers. Its very upsetting.

    I made a purchase online on December 12. When I received a tracking number, it doesnt work and *** says then dont have the package yet. I have paid for this purchase in full. I have emailed several times and the company hasnt responded to me. I have asked to be refunded my money, but still no response.

    I made 2 purchases. First one for $143.10 (10/29/2024) and second one for $129.60 (9/28/2024).Order number for $143.10 is #*****. I ordered 3 body products same scent, creamy musk. The oil was wrongly packaged since the scent wasnt Creamy Musk but Exclusive Rose which I did not ordered.Order number for $129.60 is #*****. I ordered 3 body butters and only received one. Both times I contacted them with no response. I did through email, and social media (private and public). They deleted my comment so they were aware of my problem and I was very respectful with it just asking for ******* their website they say that before returning anything, you should contact them first. I did. Their lack of response made so fearful to send back the wrong packaged item and I would loose more money.Could not do anything about the missing items.

    I ordered an item and within seconds of realizing it was not the item that I wanted to purchase per the cancellation process I instantly contacted. I contacted them three separate ways. I did not receive a reply. 2 days or so later I get a notification that my purchase has been processed. I reach out again by email and ask someone to contact me to resolve the issue. I would prefer to have someone resolve it instead of writing a negative review. Still no response. Yesterday I get a request to write a review. So I did. Giving them a 1 star and explaining the situation. Today I get a notification saying thank you for your 5 star review and giving me a discount code. So I go back to the site and my review has been removed. I can not explain what is going on here but there is definitely some shady business and it needs to be exposed.
