              My wife took our daughter to the **************** on July 25, 2023. She parked at your parking facility. When she went to pay, it did not acknowledge her payment or provide a receipt. She tried again and this time got a receipt. We were charged $20 twice. These charges have now posted as finalized transactions. We told a representative and were given an email address of ************************************************ We emailed that email address and it bounced back. We also emailed ************************ and did not hear back. I called Lanier Parking and left a voicemail and have not heard back. We need a $20 refund for the overcharge.

              I accidentally paid $48 to park in a space leased through Lanier Parking Solutions in ************, **. I thought the parking lot belonged to the *************** until after I checked in & was told that the lot didnt belong to them & to call to see if I could get my money back. I parked in the resorts parking lot and didnt use the space I paid $48 for. I sent the company an email & left a voicemail about my concern & no one ever contacted me. The parking lot is misleading because its right beside ************ hotel so it looks like the parking lot for the hotel which its not. I witnessed one man get a ticket because he thought the same thing & parked there to check in the hotel. When he tried to explain this to the parking attendant he ignored him and walked off. Another corporation ripping people off.
