I went to Alliance Spine and Pain in **************, *** on February 14, 2025 to get a TFESILumbar 1st Level shot for sciatica. I was told I didn't owe anything. Never was I told that my part of the bill just for walking into the ************************** Suite was going to be $1440.00. The business used a code that stated this was a hospital suite. Well if this was like a hospital then why was I in my own clothes, asked to get up on the table myself, pull my pants down some and I was given the shot. Then I had to get off the table by myself with a numb leg. I was not put in a gown or given ******** cleaner. I had a bandaid put on the place where the shot was given. This was not surgical suite etiquette. If I had been informed that they were going to charge my insurance $1957.00 for me to step into this room I would have never used this business. I had 2 of these shots at ************* and was never charged for the room where the shot was given. Please note that the doctor's bill was $69.00. Yet, I owe $1509.00 to Alliance because of this bogus code that said I was in a hospital suite.

Being billed for a no-show appointment. The appointment was canceled the next day. My spouse was never a patient. She never signed or received any documents reflecting the responsibility of paying for a no-show appointment. I have called and sent two letters and still getting billed. I am concerned this will show on our credit reports.

I had a procedure on 10/10/2023. My portion after insurance was $1435.21. I made 4 separate payments in the amounts of $500, $400, $435.21, and $100.00. I have paid my bill in FULL, but the company continues to harass me for an additional $100. I have called and my phone calls are never returned. After many attempts to contact the business by phone I made copies of my proof of payments, and I mailed the documents via **** and asked that they update my account to reflect my full payment. Yet I continue to get harassing emails and texts for a bill I do not owe.

My husband is a below the knee amputee. He went to Dr. **** *. ****** at the ************** ******* location at ******************************. The ** stated to him that she could not help him at all and spent 10 mins with him after waiting to see her for 2 hours. she also stated she would not be billing him for the visit due to her not being able to help him. We have been receiving bills ever since his visit. We have tried calling and writing for numerous months now and now one would like to help us. As my husband has been an amputee for 33 years now he is getting older and requested some options that would not leave him on his back for many months. The main billing is Interventional spine and Pain PC. PO Box *****. ********** AL. 35246-0100. All we are looking for is for the bill to be cancelled. Per his ** that he saw she would not charge because all they talk about is surgeries which we cannot afford to have him out of work.

I was approved by the VA for treatment. I explained to them several times that the VA does not tell me how many visits I have, and they needed to contact the VA before they ran out or to tell me so I can get more visits. My visits ran out last year and they never informed me that I did not have anymore visits, and continued my treatments without approval from the VA. They never should have seen me without authorization. Now they want me to pay for the unauthorized visits. I should not be charged for the unauthorized visits because of there mistakes especially after I repeatedly told them to let me know before my visits run out. It is not my fault there employees don't do their job.
