    On January 4th, 2023 I had an Endoscope and Colonoscopy in ******, ******* scheduled with ********** United Digestive. ******************* **************** required me to pay $575. deductible upon my arrival. I paid in full Transaction number *********** Auth code 06481C before the procedure. They applied $75.00 to the Anesthesiologist. I have no idea what happened to the $500. I am now getting a bill regularly for $431.61 from Anesthesia United Digestive. I have called so many numbers, written emails through the patient portal, and had my insurance company try to resolve the issues with no resolution. I have canceled my follow-up due to the Billing nightmare and have noted others having the same issues with this group.

    Absolutely the most disorganized, disingenuous medical office I have ever attempted to schedule appointment and terribly physician assistant who we have a previous diagnosis with pathology report, and she says, I dont think thats what you have. She then prescribes something for IBS which my wife (the patient) throws up. I called the next morning saying, all we needed was a refill of medicine she has been taking for colitis. They didnt give her a 30 day supply because we were just trying to get her through the next week as we had to fly out of the state to a convention. And even though they had scheduled the colonoscopy for back in September, we called and canceled it we did not have confidence in the person we saw and then we thought we would select one of the highest rated medical doctors they have to go visit. This took a month to see him and then he schedules a colonoscopy and endoscopy for too months that appointment. I told the person in the office making a schedule I have a knee surgery schedule for the Tuesday. Can you make it on a Wednesday the next day they said yes. Meanwhile, their patient portal failed to work on multiplications of trying to login and get information. it would continue to resend verification codes and then give you the same screen over and over so then I tried to call. I call and attempt to get them to tell me do we need to go by the pharmacy and they said everything is in the packet we sent home with you. I pulled out the packet I said my wifes name and her date of birth and they were in a big hurry to get off the phone. we wanted to be certain we did things correctly according to their prep. I told them I had canceled my knee surgery the day before they understood no problem. They told me the day before we will see you tomorrow which was Wednesday, December 6. My job is just as important as theirs and I took off for this. When we arrive, they said your appointment is tomorrow.
