            The date was yesterday I have a current loan and wanted to refinance my loan yesterday. There was a glitch in the system when I tried to apply it stated I had a missing field for ********** .So I went to edit my information with same information that was in the system. So it send me a email that changes where done . So it locked me out of the system and didn't allow me to refinance when I was already approved for the refinance. I received a call back from a supervisor on yester day which stated he would call me today . I haven't received my call yet

            While the process to apply was simple, the website will not let me finish setting up direct deposit and I have yet to receive a call back after leaving my number multiple times. Im not even sure if the loan is being processed. The communication has not been great so far.

            Thank you for the feedback; we use this information to improve the products and services we provide. We have reviewed your feedback, and our records indicate your loan application was submitted the morning of 4/17 at approximately 9:30 am, the day of your review. We notified you by email at approximately 12:30 pm on 4/17 that your loan application had been approved. We spoke with you later that same day at approximately 4 pm and assisted you with setting up your direct deposit. Your loan contract was sent to you on 4/18 at approximately 8:45 am, and you signed the agreement at 1:34 pm that day. We believe that this addresses your issues, but please reach out to us if this is not the case.
