  Stay clear of this company. Even though payments were on time they did not cash checks and therefore charged us a late fee. Unable to reach them by phone or email we don't know what to do. They have us over a barrel. Beware of their scam company.

  Very shady company!! Sent a check to the Atlanta office in November and they didnt post it to my account. Called them and they said they didnt know where it was. Mailroom somewhere. My bank had to cancel the check. Paid it in full online and still showed a balance of $28.62 in December On the day I made the final payment of $28.62 12/19/24 They charged a finance charge of $103.15 12/19/24 When I sent a message asking why. I was told because the final payment posted on the same day as the finance charge. Thankfully I only had this loan for a short time because at the rate they were charging me Id have never paid it off.

  Very very shady business practices.I was approved for a loan thru Greensky, the bill came before work was even ********** interest for 18 months but every bill had interest added. Very deceptive practices. Luckily, we were able to go a different route before we borrowed the full ***************** Recovery recommends Greensky and my family has a different take on who they will call for foundation issues now.I will not support any business that recommends Greensky.

  I had a *** walk-in shower put in 9 months ago and every month their system fails to document payments made via my Credit Union account. They are harassing me via text, phone calls and overdue statements.When I call up, their system clearly shows that all my payments were made on time with "NO" issues.When I finally talked to a live person, she stated to me numerous times that I was overdue. When I pointed out that I had just checked my account via their phone system, it showed "NO PAYEMNTS" were late, but on time.This person attitude forced me to send a email to the CEO of this company for action.If you are thinking of using this company for financing a project. "DON"T".

  Green Sky Energy Solar: Dishonest, Deceptive, and Completely Untrustworthy Green Sky Energy Solar tried to pull one over on the wrong person. As a math and computer science major, I immediately saw through their deceptive tactics and misleading numbers. Let me break down their attempted scam:Inflated Pricing: They initially quoted me a staggering $75K for solar panels. When I told them I wasnt using their preferred bank (Im using NFCU), the price magically dropped by $25K! Where did the extra $25K go? That wasnt even tied to interest. Was this just a blatant attempt to pocket extra money?Misleading Data: Their graphs didnt even match the numbers they claimed. When I called them out on it, they fumbled for answers, clearly hoping I wouldnt notice. Do they think everyone is incapable of basic math?Lack of Knowledge: They didnt even know the correct duration and percentage for the solar tax credit from the **** How can a company in the solar industry be so uninformed about something that directly impacts their customers?Shady Contract Practices: They aggressively pushed me to sign the contract on the spot, but I insisted on reviewing it first. When I finally got the copy, I realized it was 5-6 pages shorter than the original contract they showed me on their laptop. They intentionally omitted critical sections, hoping I wouldnt notice. This level of dishonesty is shocking.No-Show Appointment: After all this, they made another appointment with me for three days later. Not only did they fail to show up, but they also ignored multiple calls to both their office and cell numbers.Green Sky Energy Solar is a textbook example of a company that preys on unsuspecting customers. Their shady pricing, misleading information, and outright deceit with the contract make them completely untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor: steer clear of this company unless you enjoy being lied to and harassed. Theyre not worth your time or money.

  Reports to the credit bureaus misleading and false information. They say it takes them a month to fix those issues. It's been 1 1/2 months... Terrible ethics, mediocre customer service. ***** company

  I am writing to file a complaint against Greensky regarding their handling of my loan agreement for medical financing. Greensky required my electronic signature for funding prior to the completion of medical procedures, which ultimately resulted in malpractice. This practice raises serious concerns about compliance with the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), which mandates that lenders provide clear and conspicuous disclosure of loan terms and ensure that consumers understand their obligations before signing any agreements.Furthermore, I was misled into confirming that treatments were completed when, in fact, they were not. This false confirmation of treatment dates and the subsequent malpractice have not only compromised my health but also negatively impacted my credit report and financial well-being.I request that Greensky review my case and take appropriate action to rectify this situation, including removing any negative reporting from my credit profile related to this matter.

  Got approved for a loan through GreenSky. I did not want to use an email address for communication purposes. I was notified that I had to call GreenSky in order to activate my account. I waited on hold for over an hour before I finally got a human on the phone. When I got a human on the phone, I could barely understand her because there was a language barrier. I asked if I could speak with someone else in order to help me better understand the security questions they were asking me. The person I was speaking with said I would have to be put back on hold And could be another hour or more wait. I was ready to lose my mind. This is completely unacceptable. I cant think of a worse experience Ive had with a financial institution for something as small as activation of my loan. I will never again deal with GreenSky once this is paid off. Clearly, GreenSky is not interested in the customer experience whatsoever.
