      I had completed all payments and obligations with Mac Tools GreenSky Financial back in August of 2023, all three credit bureaus have been showing a closed account and $ 0 balances. I have tried contacting Green Sky for current statements and or confirmation of balance but had either gone out of business or no longer serviced this account. I still have access to my online account and is showing account closed. also, my last statement from green sky back in August of 2023 showed a $0 balance and account closed. On September 1, 2024, ******** has started sending me statements and contacted me through phone indicating I own them money, that I need to pay or will be sent to collections. Apparently, the servicer GreenSky Mac Tools account. was transferred to them. I called and spoke with **** (no last name was given) I asked for them to send me proof of balance transfers from Green Sky or any statement indicating of such transfer and indicating balances. They did not send me any proof of any balances, but they did send me a discloser from Green Sky. I found the disclosure has no signatures or authorizations that I had made any legal contract with them or Mac Tools. I feel that Transend is making up this balance in a way to scam me and force me to pay a balance that has been paid and account being closed since a year ago. Please I ask for you to look into this and perform your own investigations. Thank you.

      GreenSky reached out to the customer and he advised that his complaint was not with GreenSky but with the new company that he received a new statement from.  GreenSky confirmed with the customer that his account with ********************** has been closed with a zero balance.  The customer was satisfied with this information and advised that he will continue to reach out to the other company for the information he is requesting.  At GreenSky we strive for excellent customer service and will continue to improve our process.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I have confirmed my balance is at $0.00 balance and account has been closed. Now I have attached a statement from Transend indicating I still have a balance with Mac Tools. so please look further into Transend Financial. I filed the complaint against Transend Financial and not Green Sky. As for Green sky I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Please Reopen a case against Transend Financial to completely resolve this complaint.

      Loan agreement was done over the phone and I never signed anything! I did not understand the terms correctly and thought I had 12 months 0% interest but it was only for 6 months and they charged me interest within 3 months. After the 6 months was up the interest charge was for 24% but the loan agreement was for 21% in which they have not adjusted. I have asked for resolution and they have not complied. I just want this loan corrected.

      GreenSky reviewed the customers account, and our records indicate the credit application was done on the merchants iPad.  At the time of approval,  GreenSky sent an email and text message to the customer to activate their loan.  The loan agreement was also mailed to the customer.  Our records indicate the customer activated the account by email.  The customer was required to review the loan agreement prior to account activation.  The customer was approved for a ******** deferred interest loan.  On the monthly statement,GreenSky shows the amount of the accruing interest but also state on the customers monthly statement that the deferred interest will be waived if the customer pays off their promotional balance within the promotion period.   The statement also included the promotion expiration date and the APR.   The GreenSky **** page states *****% for the APR (e).  The loan agreement also includes (e) on the **** which means the APR is an estimate.  In Section 1 (a) on the loan agreement shows the annual interest rate she will pay is 24.99%.  The merchant transacted on the customers account one week after the account was opened and the 12-month promotion period began.  The customer did not pay the purchase amount in full within the 12-month promotion period and the deferred interest was applied to her account on the December 2023 statement.  We determined that no credit is owed to the customer.  ********************** reached out to the customer to discuss her concerns.  Currently, GreenSky has not made contact with the customer.  It is our goal to continue to improve our policies and procedures.  At GreenSky, we strive for excellent customer service.

      March 25 2017 ******** windows approved me as a cosigner for a ****** loan without signing or asking for proof of income.which was 0 income. ******** defaulted account and now ********************** llc asking for payments and contacted credit bureau looking for resolution

      GreenSky was able to speak with the account holder and she advised that she was not present that the time that any of the contracts were signed and she did not authorize having this account placed in her name.  GreenSky has advised the account holder to provide GreenSky with a police report stating that she did not sign or authorize the account in order to move forward with the investigation.  At GreenSky we strive for excellent customer service and will continue to improve our process.

      I signed a contract with Kitchen Saver in January 2024 who connects buyers with their chosen loan company Green Sky. I made all of the payments required on time and several months after my agreed upon $337.00 payments, Green Sky changed the loan terms and raised my monthly payments to $353.75. I called them at least 6 times in the last couple weeks to argue my case and provide my contract but nobody would give me a valid email address to do so until this morning. Green Sky kept me going in circles for two weeks trying to resolve this and closed my dispute without informing me.

      Green Sky called me and said they were going to start a new application for this loan but I'll still have to do the introductory period again and I am not certain this will be any better. I still have to see the new contract which hasn't been provided yet. At that time, I may need assistance from BBB understanding the terms before I sign anything. This is not resolved until I see the new loan agreement.

      I have submitted a a written email saying that i do not *** this business or affiliated business any money. I have provided my bank statement to show i paid for the product and i do not owe on this claim. The merchant affiliated has provided me receipts to the charge and i have actively paid on my bank account. I have waited 43 days and can not get greensky to close this fraudulent claim out.

      GreenSky was able to speak with the customer and confirm that their merchant processed a full refunded to her method of payment outside of the GreenSky loan.  The customer requested to have the ********************** loan refunded, and she was advised that since the merchant already refunded her directly, she would be responsible for the GreenSky loan.  The customer requested to have the issue escalated and a GreenSky manager gave her call, and she requested to be contacted later. As a courtesy to the customer ********************** will waive the two interest charges on the account, however if she would like the GreenSky account refunded she would need to repay the merchant outside of the GreenSky loan and have them refund the account.  At ********************** we strive for excellent customer service and will continue to improve our process.

      Used greensky to finance a flooring project. The agreement states that if I experience any issues and an unable to contact the merchant, I may not be obligated for the full amount. The merchant has went out of business and I've been dealing with warranty issues. I'm going to have to replace these floors, but I'm still obligated to pay for the original financing

      I paid the amount of ********* on July 26th. The first time the company indicated that they never received the check. I sent the check by first class mail and I even contacted the postmaster and they said the check would take about 3 to 5 days to get there. I contacted GreenSky 17 days later and they still haven't received the check. I ended up canceling the first check and issuing another check. The second check was sent by ***** the tracking number is listed below and it was received on August 19th at 10:00 in the morning and was signed for by someone named ******************. I contacted the company August 19th and the company still won't tell me if they received the second check that was sent by ***** tracking number. In fact, the individual that I spoke with denied that the check was even there. I would like for the bill to be completely paid off, the account closed, and a refund issued and sent to me as soon as possible. The amount that is owed on the account is $9,485. The reason the check was sent a cashier's check, is because of an escrow account from the sale of my home and this is the only way I could get that large amount of money sent.

      *********************** ****************************************** Dear GreenSky,On and or approximately July 30, 2018, ******************** ************************************** advertised and offered for sale and distributed stem cell therapy injections or (shots) to treat, cure and mitigate various age related diseases and health conditions including severe arthritic and neuropathy pain relief. ******************** ************************************** in cooperation with GreenSky Financial Services and the ********************* targeted seniors through Free Dinner Seminar Promotions via mailers, etc. I believe this was an endeavor to induce older consumers, including myself to sign up for expensive stem cell injections due to age related pain management concerns. Additionally, I am a senior citizen in my seventies and believe these procedures maybe considered age discrimination. Several years ago, I received a stem cell injection in my left upper hip joint to relieve severe pain at the ******************** (aka) ***************************** location in ******, **********. The single (shot) injection total cost was $5,500. with no follow up or out patient contact or treatment. The treatment was only permitted to be financed by GreenSky Financial Services and the ********************* with an extremely high annual interest percent rate compounded daily. Other means of financing were not allowed. Consequently the pain in my hip returned after a couple of years. I attempted to contact Superior Stem Center ************************************** in ******, **********. However; they declined to respond to my inquiry. I also believe that ******************** ************************************** in conjunction with GreenSky Financial Services and the ********************* collectively did not act in good faith. In addition, they did not provide full disclosure in order to capitalize off of their strict financing policies.Please respond in writing,Thank you

      GreenSky reviewed the customers account and spoke with the customers husband.  The customers husband confirmed that he and his wife received an advertisement in the mail from the merchant for a free dinner for people who experienced chronic pain.They attended the dinner and after the dinner, the customer decided to get the treatment offered by the merchant.  It was confirmed that the customer received a treatment and was pain free for at least 2 years after. GreenSky is the loan servicer and does not guarantee the quality of goods and services provided by merchant or participate in the sale of the goods or services.  Our investigation determined that the customer knowing and willingly attended the dinner and agreed to the procedure in question in hopes for obtaining a pain relief that she then received. We found no evidence that the merchant or GreenSky solicited the customer due to her age.  We understand this may not be the response that the customer is seeking, however,the customers concerns are directly related to the services provided by the merchant.  It is GreenSkys mission to provide exceptional service and we will continue to improve our process.
