      I don't have any paperwork of the business or medical office I did business with and no specific date, I know it was in the early months of 2023. I had just recovered from Cancer Prostate surgery. This office was suppose to provide treatments for Erectile Dysfunction, I signed a contract for treatments for ********. I got 1 or 2 treatments and the company disappeared. Doors locked, would not answer phone calls. Now 2 years later i get a letter from this loan company I owe money.

      February of 2023 I when to ********* treatment center for a ** problem and was told Momnt was the payment agency and I would be billed as I used ********** services. The clinic closed days later and now Momnt says I authorized payment, when there was never even a first visit for treatment.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have call the customer "service" line before and they acknowledge that the clinic closed shortly after I applied for the financing, but insist that I authorized full payment! That is preposterous, who would do that? I believe ********* and Momnt are somehow in league in this scam and should be reported to the attorney general.

      Momnt operates as the electronic application platform that ***** ******* used to apply for and obtain a loan from Pine Lake Medical Clinic. This financing arrangement was intended to fund goods and/or services to be provided by ************************. It is important to note that Momnt and *********** were not parties to the agreement between ***** ******* and ************************ regarding the provision of goods and/or services mentioned in the complaint.
      Our records indicate that ***** ******* electronically signed an Installment Loan Agreement with *********** on 1/17/2023, acknowledging the terms and conditions of the financing arrangement and authorizing a loan disbursement to Pine Lake Medical Clinic for $6,200.00. This agreement was executed following a request verified via a phone number linked directly to ***** *******.
      Understanding the concerns raised, Momnt conducted an investigation into this matter to explore potential solutions on ***** Sparrows behalf, Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we were unable to secure a resolution from *************************
      While we empathize with the difficulties ***** ******* has encountered, the terms of the Installment Loan Agreement remain binding, and ***** ******* remains responsible for fulfilling the obligations under that agreement. We encourage him to continue addressing the matter directly with Pine Lake Medical Clinic, as they are ultimately responsible for delivering the agreed-upon goods and/or services.

      On 3/37/24 I accepted a same as cash financing option through Momnt and made full payment within the promotional period 3/37/25, expecting that no interest would be charged as per the terms. Despite this, Momnt processed my payment two days after the promotional period expired, allowing them to impose an interest charge. This action feels intentionally manipulative and dishonest, especially since I made every effort to fulfill my obligations under the agreed-upon terms.When I contacted customer service multiple times in an attempt to escalate this matter and speak with someone in management, I was repeatedly denied access. The representatives I spoke with were dismissive, interrupted me while I was speaking, and informed me that a manager would not be able to assist me, which only added to my frustration and sense of ************ good faith, I paid the finance charge to avoid further penalties, but I am requesting that this charge be refunded. I met the conditions of the loan, and I should not be penalized for delays on their endespecially when their own representatives admit it can take up to 30 days to process payments. It is unreasonable and unethical to use their own processing delays as a justification for charging *********** make matters worse, this loan was recommended to me by a renovation company (*****************) that I am currently engaged in legal proceedings with due to similar deceptive practices. I feel scammed, taken advantage of, and deeply disappointed that a company like Momnt would operate in a way that punishes customers who act responsibly.I am a person of high moral standing with an excellent credit score, and I expect to be treated with respect and integrity. I ask you to support me in getting justice by way of a refund of the unjust interest charge and investigate this matter to ensure no other customers are subjected to similar treatment.I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.

      I made a $3600 loan through ************************** inside of the **************************. The clinic did not complete the services after the loan was paid off in Nov of 2024. Momnt then sued RiverRidge and got the money back. Momnt told me that I would be reimbursed the $3600. They told that after the loan was paid now that the case is closed and would not reimburse my money after being paid by River Ridge and myself.

      Around the of January 2025, I signed a contract with ***** **** / *************, to replace a roof in ****** *** Immediately after signing, Mr. **** sent me a link to apply for a loan/line of credit around $29,000 with **************************. My line of credit was approved, Mr. **** charged $11,600 around Feb 3rd. The build was supposed to be completed within "2 to 3 weeks weather permitting" per the contract. Since then, Mr. **** would schedule the build, but he would never show up despite good weather. The last attempt was on 2/24/25, when they scheduled the build for Fri 2/28/25. On that day, Mr. **** and I agreed in writing that if the build is not completed by the next day, Sat 3/1/25, he would refund the line of credit in full. Nothing happened. Around 3/6/25, I contacted Momnt and informed them of the situation, and asked to collect from Mr. ****. They opened a "complaint ticket", promised to work towards a resolution, and advised that **** has a way to refund directly to Momnt. On 3/ 10/25, Mr. **** initiated a full refund to Momnt through their website, on 3/14, upon calling Momnt, I discovered my balance did not change - Momnt said the transaction failed. On the same day, Mr. **** acknowledged the issue, the fix, and repeated the refund ($11,600 ). On 3/17, upon reviewing my account online at ********************** website, I found that the 2nd attempt failed. I informed Mr **** but I have not heard back from him since. My attorney also sent him a demand letter around 3/24/25, to refund the money to Momnt or complete the job within 7 days. To this date (4/10) I have not heard from him. On 3/31 and on 4/9 I contacted Momnt for an update, but they have not been helpful at all. Bottom line, I have $11,600 credit line balance for nothing in return. This money is either with Mr. **** or Momnt. This matter is now between them, I need my line of credit balance waived and this line of credit closed with $0 liability to me.

      I already contacted the vendor, all they can tell me is that the refund transaction failed. 

      They are not helping at all. They are actually stalling. Please see the latest statement , it does not show merchant transactions. Just loan balance. 

      April's statement has not been released - it is one week past due.

      I contacted the business and this matter is not resolved. They have not closed my account nor waived the loan balance. 

      The merchant Maxx Roof agreed to refund the full amount , $11,600  to Momnt, and the refund transaction is posted on the account. ********************** says the merchants  payment did not go through. This is not my problem,  this matter is now between Momnt and the Merchant -Maxx Roof. They can work with Maxx Roof to recover the payment or pursue Maxx Roof for writing a blank check or insufficient funds or whatever they like to do but as far as I am concerned I do not owe Momnt a ***** and they need to close my account and zero out the balance.

      "momnt" is a company that is changing me $9,527.60 on the ******* that they paid this amount to another company called "******************************", on August 5th 2023, for renovating my house. I dont think I ever dealt with this company ( Bath ************** ) for any of my home renovations. I researched about this company and came to know that they have shut down in 2023. I can read a lot of negative reviews about them on the internet that they have shut down without fulfilling the promised services. I need BBB's help in proving to "momnt" that I have not taken any service from "Bath Planet Atlanta" to whom they paid the above amount for service to me.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I spoke to one of the representatives of MOMNT, names ****** on 4/15/2025 at 11:00AM. I explained to her in detail about the fraudulent, amount of $9527.60, charged against me. She said that this amount was approved from my cell phone, for a loan given to be given to a company called ******************* for renovating my home. I did a lot of research on my cell phone and I dont see any message for approving the above amount. I consider this as my identity theft by somebody to approve this amount on my behalf.

      As I have mentioned in my original complaint, I have not contacted the above mentioned company ( *********** Atlanta ) for any any of my Home improvement tasks. In spite of explaining this the above mentioned representative  of MOMNT, she says I still owe this amount to MOMNT. 

      I seriously object to this, as I will reconfirm that I have not taken any services from either MOMNT or Bath Planet ********

      On or about October 2022-June 2023, I was a patient with ************************* being unsuccessful treated for erectile dysfunction. I was reevaluated twice by the Staff Doctors due to the treatments no working and Oak Valley's advertisement and Policy of "No Payments if Treatments do not Work."Per Doctor's advice, my treatments were to be extended at no extra cost or payments on the deferred payment account. When I went back for the next scheduled treatment, the Clinic was closed, and the phone number was no longer in service. I started getting phone calls from Momnt regarding this Account and found out that ************************* did not make any adjustments to my Account (no payments due/required). Momnt did not tell me that ************************* was no longer in business. Momnt even gave me a different contact phone number for ********** to no avail. *I need help to remedy this matter and honor their "No Payment Policy Advertisement." *I cannot pay for medical treatments that did not work nor correct my still existing medical problem. I am on a Senior Citizen on a fixed income, a Retiree, Partially Disabled ***************** Veteran, and Retired Journeyman Firefighter.

      I paid off this loan on full on 3/9/25 and attached confirmation of the payment. Momnt is sending me bills and adding interest and claiming missed payments. It was paid off in full and I can prove the funds coming out of bank to Momnt if needed. This is not right by Momnt as it was paid off. I would like this fixed and close my account and any contact by Momnt unless it is an apology.

      I began to receive notices that I had a loan in default allegedly procured for services rendered at ****************************. I have ***eatedly sent emails and made phone calls requesting a copy of the "original SIGNED loan agreement from 2022" along with copies of the services that were provided. When I spoke with Momnt ***resentatives, ***** and *****, I was told the original loan was procured 11/29/22, and that they would email me a copy of it. I have no record of signing a loan in 2022 or having services at ****************************. I have explained via email that I was a victim of identity theft and will require they provide me with documents showing the services that were rendered along with copies of the aledged loan I signed on November 2022.. They ***eatedly send me a Burrower's Agreement dated 12/6/24 which does not satisfy my request of the original loan agreement signed from November 2022. The ***resentative said the were working on securing a copy of the original loan agreement. The ***resentative also provided me with a phone number to contact the merchant, ****************************, ************ who conveniently is no longer in business as the number is no longer in service. I called the Momnt ***resentative back to advise they provided me a non-working number and the *** could no offer any additional phone numbers. They confirmed the business is no longer operating . I have asked that they place the loan in forbearance until this matter is resolved and all my requests have been ignored. Momnt is conducting deceptive business practices, they provided me with the merchants non-working number, conveniently the merchant is no longer in business, they have no record of a signed loan from 2022 or record of the services. I have attached copies of the emails that have gone unanswered.

      I am rejecting this response because:I have already contacted the number provided and spoke with 2 representatives named ***** and *****, and both have repeatedly said that you would provide a copy of the alleged loan I signed on 11/29/22 and they have failed to do so. I have also asked repeatedly to speak with a supervisor or someone in higher authority and each time Im told one will call back but I have yet to receive a call. This number provided has representatives whom answer the calls but read strictly from a script and have done nothing to assist in the resolution of this matter. I again am requesting the documents I requested in my complaint, the original loan documents from 11/29/22 and proof of services that were allegedly provided.
