  I don't even want to put 1 star but I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding the ongoing inconsistent and unprofessional service I have received.While I acknowledge that I made a late payment in April, I attempted to rectify the situation by making a double payment in May, followed by another payment in June. Despite these efforts, I am now being contacted multiple times a day in July, being told that I am still behind on my account. This is extremely confusing and distressing. Additionally, I was informed that my extra payment was applied to the principal balance and that this allocation cannot be reversed. When I requested documentation, the representative stated that a form would be sent to my email, which I never received. On a subsequent call, I was given conflicting information by another agent who changed their explanation after placing me on hold. There has been a clear lack of transparency and accountability in your customer service. Ive encountered inconsistent answers, unfulfilled promises, and unprofessional behavior. Its concerning to read that many other customers have experienced similar issues. I would like to know how a company operating with this level of service is still functioning without regulatory intervention. Momnt? Do Better! I can not wait to refinance this loan to another company

  No stars given, So this ccompany is a scam, our loan was scheduled to come out on the 12th, did not come out until the 20th, late we get that. however instead of charging a late fee they took a whiole entire months payments. So two payments at once. Then the lady told my husband that there would still be a payment due on the original due the next month. And that we couldnt skip the month because they took the entire additional month. In my state it is illegal to take additional money from someones account with out permission and they did not have my permission. And of course there is no no way to contact anyone with any say in this company.. SO not only am i out the double amount for payment i still have to make an additional payment . The *** that we spoke to was not helpful and was rude. she would not even offer to have the additional amount sent back to **. We are looking into getting rid of the loan with them, Gonna try our back wish us luck.

  In July 2023 I worked with ******************* to purchase windows. They used Momnt for their consumers to finance their projects. I was approved and Momnt sent the merchant at ******* Window Pros all the money upfront before the project even started. I contacted the merchant in Aug and September to see why my windows had not been installed. Come to find out ******************* had gone out of business and scammed me and took the loan money that Momnt gave them. I contacted Momnt and they put my account under investigation for an entire year. After the investigation was over Momnt wrote me a letter back saying I still owe o a loan although I didn't receive any services or product from Atlanta Window Pros. I've contacted Momnet several of times and their customer service read from a script saying I still owe on a loan although I received no product or services. I reached out to my lawyer and the sent Momnt a letter. Momnt responded and said I still owe on the loan although I received no product or services from Atlanta Window Pros. I think the two companies worked together and **** me. Now I have a 30 day late notice on my credit report. Although I have not received a new billing summary, no late notice phone call or my product or services from the merchant. Can someone please help me. I see other complaints also with my same experience. This is unfair and not protecting the consumer this is against the law.

  this company is a scam alone with Peachtree medical for ** after signup company disappear and there scam partner momnt wants me to pay that is not happening when no service was render

  Momnt is used by ****** in ******* to finance a procedure proposed to correct ** for men. ***************** closed their doors a few months later without notice and left many men without the treatment promised to them. Pine Lake posted a number to call for information but you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. I have filed a complaint with the ******** State BBB office against ************************************ is still attempting to collect payments after Pine Lake has defaulted on their contract to provide these treatments.

  Momnt Technologies is an illegal 3rd party finance scam predator of veterans and curvy service members. I have consulted with both their overseas service center several times as well as their partnered contractor Premier Homes based out of *****, ****. Over the phone, they kowtow to basic questions regarding to corporate inquiries and finance procedures to include proper vetting. I have no physical contract for the loan. This is an illegal amortization table scheme to make compound interest of off unsuspecting consumers. I am just another victim of shady business with unethical standards. Do NOT use them! They are not BBB accredited and have a rating of "F" on the scale. I am vibrating the ********************************************************* with haste.

  Momnt apologizes for any inconvenience that has caused ***** **** to feel this way. We are not aware of anything in this customers experience would be considered a scam or predatory to anyone, but we will reach out to the customer to determine how to best assist with his situation. Momnt will also reach out to the merchant to discuss the contract, but Momnt is not a party the amount agreed upon between the merchant and customer; we only facilitate the funding as approved by the customer to the merchant.
  We do see that ***** West called Momnt on April 8 and April 9 with frustrations regarding the loan terms, and we also show that the loan terms were explained to him over the phone on multiple occasions prior to the promotional expiration, in which he stated he understood how the promotional period worked. We will contact him to ensure that any questions or concerns can be addressed.

  I was suggested by my doctors office to a business named *************************. I had to pull out a loan to pay for a medical procedure that included 12 sessions. A little later I arrived to the Clinic and it was closed down. The building is out of business. Now I am stuck with a loan that I had to pull out for a service that I never received .I contacted the loan company "*******" they said they would investigate it and never reached back out to me.

  I have read the negative reviews, but I have not had any issues with the loan from Momnt. The loan amount was five figures, with zero percent interest if paid back within two years (which I definitely plan to do to avoid massive interest charges). I set up an auto from my bank to them with no problems. I was able to contact their customer service quickly by phone when I had a question about the loan. The important thing that everyone should keep in mind is that your contractor will receive the ENTIRE amount of the loan upfront, so you must do your homework and make sure that your contractor is not a scammer. So far, fortunately, my contractor has done an excellent job with our bathroom remodeling project.

  momnt financial deserves no stars. this company gave **** windows and doors $5443.a payment for a door i contracted with them but never received the door to be installed by ****, it is over a year now. myself and many others have been scammed by this company. i called and wrote to momnt many times of which i have documentation. many months before the year was up. one employee told me they have heard many complaints about this company. momnt knew, what a scam. they came telling me they are looking into my complaint but that is it for months now.. yet they want me to pay them for something i never got. where was momnt due deligence in this matter. i have filed a complaint with the state of Florida and have had to hire a lawyer. I am 83 and momnt should be ashamed of the way they do business.
