    This attorney ripped me off for $10,500. I have a whole file drawer on our correspondence, which I can forward to the BBB. What can I do to get my money refunded. After reading the many reviews about him, all I can say is, DITTO. He uses the same playbook on all his clients. He is a *****..Mr. ********, I responded to your email on July 24 explaining that cease and desists as well as a demand letter were sent to Holiday Inn on your behalf. I also explained that it does take the developer ***** days to acknowledge to acknowledge both of those letters. There was a delay with them being sent to the developer due to the fact that we didn't receive the questionnaire back from you until July 9. Everything is moving forward but as I explained in our phone conversation on July 9, this process does take some time.
