            I am writing this on behalf of my mother (she passed in September).Gallagher Law Firm contacted my parents about misrepresentation and lies that they may have experienced in regards to their timeshare with Holiday ****************** I am not sure of the exact date, but I know it was in the latter part of 2020. She corresponded with them via email, and then all of a sudden, they did not respond after my parents paid them $16,000. Then when she tried to email different people in the office, she was blocked. She attempted to call every number with no response. We eventually got ******* Gallagher on the phone. He apologized, and said they were closed due to covid, but still working on it. We have heard nothing from them since February of 2021. We have tried to find a working number to no avail. We cannot find him anywhere. He has taken $16,000 from my parents, and has made no progress on their case. We cannot even ask for the money back because we cannot find him.

            Gallagher Law Firm took money to help reduce or get me out of some of my ******* debt. From the moment they got the the money from a CREDIT CARD, I never heard from them again. This crap about request a rfund in writing if they don't get results is bull. If you send a letter it is RETURNED to you "not deliverable." if you look up this address you will find it under the name of several people.
