Fast response with knowledgeable technician. Even with discounts they were expensive. Shower faucet repair should not cost $350. Tub drain and spigot replacement estimate was approximately $800 to $1200 additionally. Crazy expensiveReview from Eric S

Arranged with Estes to evaluate my newer Bosch heat pump. Outside unit not working. Tech came out and determined it was a bad compressor and inverter board. I paid my $80 trip fee.Over a week and several inquiries later they texted me an estimate of $1848 for labor (parts under warranty). Evac system, install new compressor and new inverter board. Way too expensive.Will never call or use them again.Review from Joan W

Estes has been very professional in all of our dealings with them so far. Their technicians have been prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. The Estes Service Technician, ***********************, epitomized the reason that I chose this company to install and service my Carrier HVAC systems. He provided highly professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and technical services to ensure my HVAC systems continue to perform at their best. He called ahead, arrived before his ETA, addressed me with respect (Mr. ********** listened to my needs, and answered all my questions about ongoing potential service repairs. **** came today & checked our air conditioner, he's been to our home many times..Just a nice funny guy who takes pride in what he does..Noticed after he used the out door ****, he rolled in up..wish I could get hubby to do that..Everything was good! He told me our system is 11 years old..and sometimes they start to have problems from 10 to 15 years old..but so far so good. Estes is the best, we've been using them for over 25 years..Their employees are great..know their business and I feel fine, letting in~ when Im the only one home! ****** was very forthright and honest. He didn't try to upsell me on a system I didn't need. Also, he was very responsive to my questions and concerns. ****** and ******* installed my system in a timely manner with professionalism; very polite and courteous.
