      Needed an edible arrangement for my husband ******* on *********** day. They refused to answer my calls and refused to respond during the online chat option. I didn't get my refund or order.

      On February 6, 2025 I attempted to place an order with free delivery, if I placed the order by midnight. I placed an order online and once I attempted to finalize the order I noticed there was a delivery charge. I did not place the order due to the fraudulent delivery charge. This type of charge happens on a regular basis with this company. Additionally with this order, as well as other orders, I have not been about to use my rewards. Again, this is a reoccurring issue. I CANNOT find a phone number to discuss any issues. Sadly, I feel this company purposely hides actual cost and fraudulently makes it impossible to address these issues.

      Edible arrangements routinely tries to scam customers by sending false advertisement the links within that false advertisement correspond with their actual website within inflated pricing that no way matches the advertisement above and beyond a simple typo for multiple links, intentional scammers, intentional bait and switch

      W1010632669-1 Delivered 12/10/2024 I ordered a red velvet cake. The details states it is one size. I spoke with the store directly as well. The picture is Very misleading ! I was so Embarrassed at how small it was. I should have been told it was only big enough for 2 people . The cake was for my Son-in-law , my daughter and 5 children... I paid good money... Never again.... It was delivered to ************************************************************************

      On December 2, I signed up with my email address to receive a 15% discount that they advertised on my first pick up order from edible arrangements. I received a confirmation email with the code for the 15% discount, only indicating that it was for a pick up order. No otherrestrictions were given. I tried numerous times to place my order online, and it would not accept the discount. I got in my car and made a separate trip to their store where I asked them to place that order for me with the discount and they said they were not able to either. I was pressed for time so I placed the order anyway at full price and I sent a complaint through the confirmation email I received, back to the corporate headquarters. They had someone from the store call me. She was very kind, but I explained I understand it was not her problem. It was a deception that came from corporate. She said she understood and has had many complaints about this. But she cannot do anything. This deception should be investigated and stopped.Very poor business practices!

      I placed an order on 11/24/24 for an a product a *** named ******** called me saying they did not have the fruit to fulfill my order. I asked for the corporate number he gave me an incorrect number. After searching found the Corporate number spoke to a woman named *** and she did attempt to help with the issue. Didnt not offer to reschedule to assist with a refund or anything. They have taken my money and I did get my product for my family member

      Order an edible order from ************, ******** location they said they could deliver it to my wifes office at noon. It didnt get there till 4 oclock. It was unable to eat. It was hard. I contacted the office. The guy there name was ******. He said they refund the money, but I havent received it yet contact anybody on the phone I just want my Money reimbursed

      10/23/2024 It was my 41 wedding anniversary and I spent ***** on a suit basket that should have have fresh fruit. it did not. we had to throw out the fruit. the only thing half way good was the strawberry. I sent an email and got no response. terrible service

      I need someone to contact me that way I can forward the recorded from the calls I had with the "manager" from ************************************. I don't want that manager to call me. I spoke with Mrs. ******* and she will be in contact with me this afternoon. This is not my first time ordering with you, but yes the first time I received this type of service. I received a call at 8:12am (Time that store is not open) I am not suppose to be receiving calls at that time. I also have that conversation recorded. I did left a voicemail yelling and coursing after that guy called me and hangout the phone of me. The manager was going back and forth with me without allowing me to talk and he was saying that I was the one I did not allowed him to talk. I have all recorded, first thing he did was defending the delivery person without any information from me. The reason why I selected my order to be delivery was because I wanted to surprise that person, he told me that I was supposed to put the recipient number that way he does not have to deal with me. I understand that maybe parking is hard around the area, but as explained to both o them I am not at my branch today and I was not able to go outside as the wanted me to.

      I ordered an arrangement (over $100) to be delivered on 9/29/2024. It was a very special occasion...my granddaughter had her first **** (my first great grandchild) and I wanted the arrangement delivered on the day they brought the **** home from the hospital. It was never delivered! So disappointing! I called the store (***************) the next day. I had to call 5 times before anyone answered the phone... 10AM. The lady who answered said she didn't know why it wasn't delivered the previous day, but she would get it out right away. NOT TRUE...It never got delivered until 7:30 PM. I told her I deserved compensation so she finally told me she would refund me 30% on my order...NOT TRUE AGAIN!! I was only refunded $19.51. When I called the store AGAIN, the lady said she refunded me 20% on $86.99, and 10% on $7.50, and that was 30%. That's ridiculous!! It should have been 30% on $94.49. She would not listen to reason and kept insisting it was 30%. I asked to speak to a manager but was told they weren't available and they would call me back. NOT TRUE AGAIN!! I never got a call back, I called 2 more times leaving voice mails, and never got a call back. They've left me no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB.
