    ** provides very little service under a "Gold" maintenance agreement. The technicians never stop by the reception desk to let you know they're here or to discuss the problem. They press the button and if the elevator comes to the floor they just leave without notifying you and does not address any real problem. They also steal your wiring diagrams and make you pay $2,000 for another printout! Absolutely horrible customer service, even after complaints made. Absolutely the worst vendor I've had the displeasure of trying to work with!

    TK Elevator is unable to maintain their elevators or get parts in a timely manner. They tell you ship dates and then when you follow up the date is pushed for "supply chain" issues. They manufacture their own parts! Charge maintenance program fees but do no work to actually maintain them. Three of six elevators in residential property have been down for almost 2 months!
