      This is the worst company to do business with. If you know anyone who is thinking of getting a credit card with this company, please encourage the not too. I called and asked why was I being charged a maintenance fee for and account after I close it, the Supervisor could not give me a reasonable explanation. I told her that I had mailed a check for my balance and I didnt see any reason that I should be paying a ***** maintenance fee for an account with a zero balance. After I got off the phone, two minutes later she sent me a text message, stating that my account was closed, for no reason. ive been with this company since 2018, ive never missed a payment and never been late and this is what I get. This company should never be in operation because theyre gougers. tI rate them zero stars.Thanks, *****

      The company uses bait and switch methods to extort money from customers. They say it is an interest free-loan for one year . But soon they begin to pile on "late payment" charges and add interest to the loan amount. It is a scam of the worst sort.

      If I could give minus 5 stars I would I received a ***** credit last year I wanted to have my stomach tightened. I went for my evaluation but when it came down to have the procedure literally a day before I found out I have a large cists on my ovaries I called them I told them I would like to close my account because I have some health issues I have to get taken care of first I didn't want to keep paying for a card I wasn't sure I would be able to have. I paid 3 months payments. After about 3 months its coming up on my credit as I didn't call and make them aware I wanted the account closed for health reasons this was August of last year. As of December of 2022 I received an update from one of the 3 bureaus tht I was behind 4 months I contacted fortiva for them to tell me my account says I have ***** in credit available but my account was sold to galaxy and they couldn't help me and hung up in my face

      I can't click a star, they have lied, and keep making excuses why they can't send a refund through. I don't want a check because of what they have already done, I don't trust the check to be real. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Even my worst enemy'

      on september 8 th i went to aspen dental in **************** **** to have some dental work done aspen filed for a loan for me to pay for the work that was done .in the process the finance company they put the loan through was a company called fortiva retail credit ,they are out of either ****** ***** or atlanta georgia i decided not to use them and the money was sent back to them except for a procedure that was done that i had to pay for and have and have sent one payment to them so i owe them ****** they keep sending me payment saying i owe them for the entire amount which is totally wrong i cant make them understand that money was sent back to them i was late making the first payment on october 11 because they didnt want to send me a paper bill they wanted me to make a payment over the phone which i NEVER DO FOR ANY BODY .this company seems shifty and not truthful even the office manager ************************* of aspen dental they seem sketchy in her opinion dont use this company every operator i have talked to has an accent and they dont know where their coporate office or even what state they are in ,and dont have any direct phone lines to the big bosses who run this company be for warned dont go through what i am still going through if i could i would give them 0 stars

      They distribute funds to companys before you even have any procedures done and when you decide to cancel the line of credit they state there is nothing they can do because the funds were already sent out.

      Fortuna credit card is one of the worst cc I have ever decided to obtain. Your balance will drop $15 from a whole $70 payment. They are sketchy and couldnt even assist with a 3 month hardship. Im disappointed. Will not recommend..
