      On March 4, 2024, I contacted FORTIVA to request a one time late fee waiver, because I thought my account was enrolled in auto pay and by the time I received a notification that my payment was due it was already after 5pm on the payment date. The customer service representative that took my call was extremely rude, and impolite. She stated that she would waive the $30 late fee, but afterwards said "YOU BETTER NOT BE LATE AGAIN" ***** 'YOU HEAR ME"! I brought it to her attention that she was being very rude, and she proceeded to reiterate what she previously said. I then asked if there was a Manager / Supervisor I could speak with, but she ignored that and asked if it was anything I needed help with, as if she was ******* me off the call. I don't appreciate being insulted by any business that I am a customer of, it's unprofessional on all levels.In addition to this, I asked about a PENDING CHARGE of $675 on my account, which I have no knowledge of, and the customer service representative stated I would need to contact Universal Windows the company I used for my window purchase. I was approved for financing in the amount of $5000 through FORTIVA, my window purchase with UNIVERSAL WINDOWS was $4325, my balance is currently showing as $3955, and my credit report is showing that I used the full $5000 on this purchase which is inaccurate.

      Opened an account with ********************** back the beginning of 2022. The credit limit was for $350. Around September of ***************************************************************************************** they would shut off that card and issue a new one, would have it in about 2 weeks. I called back as there were transactions on the next statement I didn't recall making and asked again about the card. they said it was sent. The statements also stopped coming in. I had to go online and look up the statements/ transactions. When looking at the statements that statement and the next had transactions I did not recall, the card never did come in. I tried to call them again and basically got dismissed. I did end up forgetting about it because life happened, and with no card, statements or phone calls from them for months... out of sight out of mind again. Until I got a letter from a creditor claiming to be trying to collect on behalf of them. I called them back and once again they did not and would not help me. They are trying to tell me that I never once contacted them or cancelled and requested a new card, which i did! The amount in the collections in inaccurate. There is no was possible I owe what they are claiming I owe, and I would like this corrected immediately.

      I am so beyond f****** ****** off at your company. It is Saturday. Your people are calling me supposedly from account service says you shut my card down after I told you people that my card was frauded I never got the paperwork to fill out after a gentleman in ******* who was arrested and charged with illegally gathering my information with a device shame on you people if I get another phone call and I will be contacting to see what my legal rights are on the weekend and youre coming after me ******** this card better be shut down since its a new people that you guys never contacted me after I reported that and the gentleman was arrested the next time you call everyone will now including my state senator

      I have a retail account with Fortiva. The last 4 digits of that account ends with 9747. On 2/4/24 I logged in to make a payment. My balance was $0 so I called to check on it. I was told my account was converted to a master card account. I do not want that. I asked to switch it back. A few days later, I got a call from Fortiva (and it was the same person I spoke with initially). I don't remember her name but she said my account had been switched back and it was back to how it was before they switched it to a credit card. On 2/21/24 I logged in to check my account. It says the next payment is due on 3/4/24. On 2/26/24 I received an email from Fortiva saying I failed make a payment and was charged a $30 late fee. This is wrong! I've always made the payment on time. They tried to switch me to a credit card account (it was a mastercard) with a %26 apr. I DO NOT want that so they switched it back like I asked. However they're trying to charge me a $30 late fee on an account that they zeroed out.

      My name is ************************* and I am the owner of *****, ********. Fresh ******* ** *****. I had **** security system at my house for many years until ****** took over. Unfortunately, the Brinks Camera system was not as good as **** so we decided to look for another security system. After carefully comparing the security systems in the market we decided to go with ******. I am a person who wants a fully secure home and is willing to spend money on it.****** came and installed their system and took my signature to start the service. They gave us two options while installing the equipment, either to pay for the new equipment with one payment or to make monthly payments. We chose to pay it monthly and gave our credit card for autopay like we did with all the previous security companies.In December 2023 I received a warning because my credit score was dropping due to nonpayment. Since I had no idea who Fortiva was, I called the number credit bureau provided. In this process I came to know that Fortiva financed the ****** equipment and never received a payment. So, I arranged a conference call with ****************** from the ************* of ****** and Mr. ********************* the corporate ****** of ******** After carefully looking through my payment history with ****** and my explanation **************** of Fortiva agreed to reverse the bad report if ****** agrees to send ******* an email that the two-payment policy was not explained to us.Furthermore, **************** also discovered that ******* did not have my correct address on the file. To stop any further damage to the credit score **************** collected $658.92 on Jan 8th, 2023, to bring the Fortiva account current and saved a credit card number on file for future payments. I am attaching the payment receipt for your information.While I was waiting for ****** to send the email to Fortiva, I received another surprise from *******. In the first week of Feb 2024, I received an email and phone call from DNF assoc. ******* sold my account to them for collection whereas ******* collected $658.92 to bring the account current. Since then, I have made many attempts to contact **************** but he never returned my calls.Whereas ****************** of ****** was honest and professional enough to realize that it was not my fault and sent the email to ******* as requested. He also offered me a discount on our monthly payment because of this incident. I am attaching a copy of ******s email to Fortiva for your information. Even after all this why would Fortiva forward the account to DNF Assoc? ******* decided to damage my credit score even more instead of correcting the error as promised. Is this how Fortive deals with their customers? As I mentioned above, I am willing to spend for a good security system and the Fortiva monthly payment amount was nothing compared to other monthly expenses I have. I am extremely upset and displeased with Fortivas way of doing business. It is very unfortunate that a prestigious company like Fortiva will damage a customers credit when it is not their fault. Fortiva has every right to report any nonpayment, but it is also their duty to correct any error. Especially when a good credit score is a must to maintain a lifestyle I enjoy.**************** left me with no choice other than to elevate the issue to higher management and the BBB. I sincerely hope BBB will help me change things in the right direction and get back my credit scores that I lost for no fault of mine.       Ive had this credit card since 2020 and I havent used it since 2020 I received a bill it was $30. I went online to pay it and went up to $89 and their matter of 30 days. When I asked the agent why they said that I was late however, I received no notice up until this week. This company is full of crooks. Do not get a credit card from them.

      *reached out to **************** regarding a ********************** balance changed *the representative informed me there were some Addon's added to my account, such as ********************** Protection.,etc.*I was transferred over five times trying to get an answer *no on could tell me who authorized the additional *****'s *this needs to be investigated *I'm not sure in the past what other additional Addon's have been forced placed onto my account without my authorization!*I believe this is totally not right and unlawful *I would like for this company to be investigated for unauthorized additional fee's and *****'s *I now have over $83 I'm not sure what has happened missing from my credit balance

      Cotti a credit company not assisting in aide fees being charged for a service/ system I have reported for tgreee months the length it has been in my home even now when Vivent diactivetd this system because they seen on their end so many false alarms coming from the system they disconnected service on their end to sto it from sending alarms triggering the police and fire department coming to my home banging on the door do to it recording voices from a movie I had playing in my living room yesterday so I have no service Signal or protection in my home and they still havent talked to me without hanging up on after waiting over an hour with customer service trying to resolve this matter causing me and roommates severe anxiety and stres daily
