      On June 14 at 6:00 p.m. I entered Popeyes on ******************** in *****************I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal. I pulled out cash for this purchase. I was informed by the cashier that they were not accepting cash. I asked to speak to the manager about how I could purchase. I was told by the manager that if I had the exact amount then I could purchase my meal. I pulled out the exact cash and gave it to the cashier who put the cash in the register. The manager then told the cashier to not give me my meal. I asked for my money back and she then said I could not have my money back. I told her that I would be calling the police. She said I dont care! I then sat down at a table and called the non-emergency police number. The police came out and the manager lied and said she was going to give me back my money but she had too busy. If this was true I wouldnt have called the police. The manager finally returned my ***** dollars. I contacted the franchise owner, The ******************** in *****. I spoke to ****** ****** in legal and was told that the CEO would be contacting me,He never has. The complaints against this company are extraordinary . The lawsuits against the ******* group are for breaking children labor laws, buying and selling tainted chicken. This business needs to be shut down and the manager needs to be fired. I spoke to the regional manager who continued to lie about this situation, ***** *****, he told me he fired the manager. He said he fired a man and the manager was a woman.

      Ordered dinner Saturday through the app, spending almost $50. We pull up and they are out of kids meals and out of gallon bags for drinks. Then they proceed to tell us to move up and the food will be out shortly. 30 minutes later I end up going inside and it is still not done. So waited an additional ***** minutes (all while the rest of my food, besides my blackened tenders were done, are now getting cold just sitting out waiting), you would think they wouldn't start getting stuff together until they have everything. Nobody even looks like they are working, there were an additional 3 customers who were waiting just as long and nobody could give a **** it seems.Had to remind the staff to put forks with my order (something they should just know) if the owner could reach out to me instead of making these came comments to all the negative reviews that would be great. Because I'm not a fan of wasting $50 on cold food from a restaurant that couldn't care less.

      Today, June 27 2025 at 124p I pulled up to the Popeyes closest to me and was met with the most unprofessional staff that I have ever encountered in my entire life There were at least three road ladies talking to me on the intercom and I am not sure how any of them thought saying whats up is the proper greeting to take someones order they gave me the incorrect order at that and did not give me a receipt to be honest I was hesitant eat my food when I got home because I wasnt sure if these ladies spit it in or not thats how horrible the attitudes were.

      On June 23, 2025 at 7:24 p.m EST., I placed a mobile order through the Popeyes app at the ********* location (************************************************************). After ordering, I was contacted by the restaurant and was informed that my order was ready for pickup. I arrived to the restaurant around 7:41 p.m. & was informed that the chicken sandwich and strawberry pie I ordered were out of stock. The ************ & red beans and rice were available but I informed the customer service representative that I wanted a full refund & no food since two out of the 4 I items I ordered were out of stock. I was then advised to request a refund through the app, which I did immediately.Since then, I have submitted multiple refund requests through the app and via email, but my original support ticket was closed without resolution. I have not received any refund back to my Apple Cash balance, nor did I receive any food from this order.Despite my follow-ups, Popeyes has falsely claimed that I accepted a $5 coupon as compensation. I have never accepted such a coupon and have requested proof of this claim, which has not been provided. It appears this excuse is being used to avoid issuing a full refund.I have reached out multiple times and only received generic responses stating my inquiry was transferred to another department, with no actual resolution or follow-up.

      I made a purchase via their mobile app and went to pick up order location said they had no record of order refused to give it to me there is no phone number to call customer service so I entered a refund request several times in their support section and they keep closing and resolving the ticket without contacting me or refunding me and I have not received my money back.

      I placed a mobile order at popeyes (********************* newyork) at 1205 when I got to the drive thru I informed the *** that I placed a order online (number 26) she told me to drive to the first window. When I got to the first window she advised me that since I recently placed the order the chicken tenders were not available and I would either come inside or wait for someone to bring it inside. I asked her how long was the wait and she said she does not know with a attitude. Then I asked her would I be waiting 5-10 mins or ***** mins for the tenders, she said 7 mins. I said okay then I would like to cancel since I was already running late to work so if she can just cancel the order . She said oh you want to cancel do it on your app then she closed the window in my face. I beeped my car horn cause I did not see a cancel order on my phone. She came back to the window and I asked her about canceling the order she was VERY rude about it and unhelpful. I Need my full refund and apology from the lady at the drive thru that was so NASTY.

      On Mon 9 Jun, 20:58 I used the companys mobile app to order delivery from Popeyes restaurant # *****, located at ***********************. as per the receipt email.BEFORE Mon 9 Jun, 21:39 (as per the support request case ******** email) I used the same app, at the order confirmation screen still, and clicked a link called "There is an issue with my order" it proceeded to prompt me for more details, where i filled out information regarding the missing biscuit from my order, afterwards i received an email at the time mentioned above confirming "support" would be incoming.the next communications i received from the company was Tue 10 Jun, 17:36, in an email titled "Was ***** helpful?" where i see in the body of the email somebody named ***** at some undetermined time said "Hi ****, I appreciate you reaching out to Popeyes ********** and apologize for the issue you experienced with your recent order. To assist you further, **please provide a photo of the food you received.** Once I receive the photo, I will be able to proceed with ...." and the rest of her message is cut off by the company as the email is clearly not intended to communicate support to me, rather asking me to rate the support i never actually received from this ***** person.This being a whole day later i obviously could not provide a picture of the food since i had already eaten in many many hours ago. if they had asked me for the picture immediately or relatively close to the time i had submitted the support ticket this would have been *********** not sure what happened to their lack of support but i have tried numerous times now for compensation for a missing item on my delivery order to no avail. it is safe to say unless popeyes rights this wrong, i will not be a return customer.i am looking for compensation for my time lost persuing this matter, as well as the cost of the biscuit, via points store credit or just a refund of the order.

      On Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 10:16 AM I placed a mobile order at my local Popeyes restaurant totaling $13.17. The stores hours were listed as opening at 10AM. Upon arriving, the doors were locked. I pulled to the drive thru speaker where I was informed that the store was closed until an unspecified time and I would not receive my order. I contacted customer support for a refund and was told that they could only offer a coupon. I reiterated that I would not be returning to the store and that the coupon was not acceptable. They still refused a refund. I would like my money back and a complaint filed as this is incredibly illegal and should not be allowed.

      Placed order on mobile app went to the restaurant and waited 15 minutes still no food. So I asked for a refund and was told no. I did pay in full and never received food or refund very disappointed since this is a chain restaurant I just want my money back for pain and suffering
