      Good afternoon. On July 4, I visited the Popeye's in ********, **, and ordered through my mobile app. It took 10 minutes to reach the speaker. Upon arriving, an employee confirmed my order and asked me to move up. Another 10 minutes went by. When I arrived at the speaker, they said I hadn't ordered at the correct location, even though they claimed they had it at the speaker. Upon review, I made the error of selecting the incorrect location, and had I been told they didn't have it at the speaker, I could have canceled the order. However, I couldn't do so anymore due to the length of time I spent in the drive thru. The store refused to give me any food or help with the situation. Popeyes hides behind an automated chat system that refused to give me a refund.

      On July 12 I went to Popeyes drive thru **************************************. I ordered a family meal and chicken sandwiches. I received the huge bag and drove home to see the food was burnt. I email support requesting my money back . They said someone would get back to me and no one has responded and its almost a week.

      On July 5th, 2025, my wife an I visited a Popeyes drive thru and received a great meal and customer service from the staff. The following day, July 6th, 2025 we decided to visit the store again for our meal. This time the service was not great. We ordered our food (Order #***) thru the drive thru, had a brief dispute over the price of our selection with the employee (Host #*****), then made our selection. Once we drove up to the window, the employee (who was a **** ***** man) saw that we are an African-American senior couple and made the comment "You like DARK meat don't you?" I asked with an offended tone, "What did you just say?" He tried to play it off as if he was just trying to make conversation. In which we were all ready offended and demanded to cancel our order. We were not going to give our money to this place after being discriminated against and insulted in such a way. We asked for the manager (*****) who apologized and gave us a refund (order#***) we were told that our complaint will be given to the District manager. We have yet to be contacted from them as if we are just being ignored. We would like to be notified and advised on what action was taken.

      I am writing to formally complain about a seriously concerning experience I had at your location on July 15, 2025, at approximately 8:00pm. I ordered a Two-Piece White (chicken) with red beans and rice and specifically requested freshly-prepared chicken. To my dismay, I was served what appeared to be old, stale chicken.Not only was the chicken far below acceptable quality standards, but it also appeared potentially hazardous to consume. Serving food in such a condition is unacceptable; it poses health risks and reflects extremely poorly on your establishments commitment to food safety. This incident has severely damaged my confidence in your brand and tarnished the reputation of this particular location.I demand a full explanation as to:1.Why I was given stale, potentially unsafe chicken despite requesting fresh;2.What steps you will take to ensure this does not happen again;3.What corrective actions are taken against staff, processes, or suppliers to prevent future incidents.Referring to the Texas Food Code under Bexar County jurisdiction, serving unsafe food may violate health standards and carry penalties.       On Saturday, July 12, I placed an order for 1 person through the Popeyes mobile app. After a panic attack, I stopped at the Popeyes parking lot to collect my thoughts and decided to order. I proceeded to the drive-through and provided my name as instructed by the app. The cashier informed me that I was required to collect my mobile order inside the restaurant. I clarified that the app indicated I had the option to either pick up my order inside or through the *** The representative responded in a dismissive tone, implying that I was causing an inconvenience. I explained that I was not prepared to enter the restaurant, as the app had not indicated this requirement. The representative then stated that the app must not be updated, which I knew to be incorrect. I was instructed to pull forward, and after waiting for 30 minutes without receiving my order, I returned to the drive-through window. The representative explained that she was the only staff member working and was responsible for preparing drive-through orders for the cars behind me. I requested that she prepare my order, as I had paid for it and arrived before the other customers. However, she refused, citing that she had to prioritize the drive-through orders and stating that the inside of the restaurant was now closed. I found this explanation to be illogical and unacceptable. Although I have since received a refund, I wasted 30 minutes of my time and left feeling frustrated. I was also offered a $5 coupon on the app, but I question the reliability of the app and the customer service provided by this ********************** location. I believe that if the app is not a valid means of placing orders, it should be removed from the marketplace immediately. Failure to do so may be considered a fraudulent practice, and I intend to report this incident to the ***. The Popeyes app appears to be a scam, and I recommend that the company remove it and provide training to the staff at this location on customer service best practices.

      I ordered my food through the app and changed the option to delivery. When I checked out it switched to pickup so I immediately contacted customer service. ******* informed me that the delivery option could not be changed so I asked her to cancel the order and just refund my money. She stated that a refund could not be issued and that I could just pick up the food. I explained to her that I didn't have a way of getting the food that's why I did delivery. She tried to give me a $5 off my next purchase and I told her no ma'am I just want my refund. She emailed me back saying she's transferring my case and I haven't heard anything since. It's been 2 days and no one has contacted me about my refund.

      I placed an order from the Popeyes app on Saturday, July 12. It was an in-app deal, but when I placed the order, it was sent to a location 30 minutes away ( ************************************). I tried calling the location, but they didnt have a working phone number to contact them and cancel the order. The Popeyes app doesnt allow you to cancel an order; you have to contact the store.I paid almost $30 for a meal that I couldnt receive because I couldnt drive 30 minutes away. The store that i was sitting at (Woodbury - ******************************************************) wouldnt give me a refund because it was done through the app. Now, Popeyes associates on the app are telling me Im not eligible for a refund, even though I clearly didnt pick up the order since it was so far ******* stuck without $28, and theyre apologizing for the inconvenience as if they actually care or if they are sorry. Theres no HR number or corporate number for you to call, even just a guest service number. You have to go through the app, and the app doesnt offer anything, it is a bot at that. Its like theyre scamming you for money. On top of that you have to wait business days to get an email about whatever your issue is.

      Urgent Complaint Regarding Disturbing Experience at ******************************************************* Popeyes Restaurant,I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration following a disturbing experience at your *********************************************************, on July 13, 2025, at approximately 12:30 AM I had placed a DoorDash order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up, as Ive done without issue at other Popeyes locations. However, I was told I had to come to show my phone to the worker by hand my phone to them. already felt unusual and concerning given the hour and the condition of the surrounding area. So I didnt want to hand my phone to the worker at all because she said she cant see.When I ask for the manger i was immediately met with hostility. The employees were aggressive, used foul language, and created an atmosphere that made me feel unsafe and deeply disrespected. One female employee stated, See who I work forI dont care about this job, while others, including female employees, laughed and joined in the mocking. To make matters worse, I was subjected to racially charged comments and slurs that left me feeling targeted and deeply uncomfortable. As a white customer, I believe I was discriminated against. The language used and the employees collective behavior strongly suggest racial bias and a complete disregard for professional conduct or customer service.This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and goes against the values of respect and inclusion that Popeyes claims to uphold. I strongly urge you to conduct a thorough investigation of this incident, review the conduct of the employees involved, and take swift corrective action. The District Manager should be made aware immediately.I expect a timely response regarding what actions will be taken to address this matter. No customer should ever be made to feel unsafe, disrespected, or discriminated againstespecially while simply trying to pick up a meal.Sincerely, ****** ******** **********

      I purchased a chicken breast from the Popeyes located on ***********************************. ************ is there phone. The date of purchase was July 11 around 7:30. The line at that store is always extremely long. There is no sense of urgency with the employees or the cashier's. They have two registers and a customer was having an issue paying. I called for the manager to see if he take my order on the other register, and he tells me "I am busy". The manager on duty was very rude and disrespectful. More importantly there service was poor. The chicken was like warm. I would like to receive a call from corporate. You never tell a paying customer that you are too busy to take there order. Especially when you have two registers.
