    On 9/21 $79 was removed from my account by Helpful Downloads. I was trying to purchase MS **** for my iPad. I was told I would get instructions in an email to down load the software. Nothing came through. I have called numerous times and either get an automated line which you can leave a message or if your lucky a real person who does not want to help and hangs up on you. This matter is very concerning. They do no care at all about the customer. I only have ever asked for a refund. Its all I want.

    I ordered an item and mistakenly entered my email incorrectly. They took my money. I have called numerous times and left messages and have sent several emails and no response. It says on their website when you send an email they will contact your within ***** minutes.
