    Cannot install the software on my laptop. ******** tried to help me originally but apparently gave up and now I am stuck with a program that cannot be activated. Since this program is now useless "as is" and I cannot get any further help as I tried email and phone and noone answers, then I would like a refund. I am just wondering who owns this company but I feel that it is managed by just a couple of people and noone ever answers the phone as it goes to voice mail and messages left are never returrned. If you gogle this company it takes you to *******, ** and it has a real fishy phone number as they are trying to tell you that hey have a "deal" for you today so I just hung up as it does not even answer as "Helpful downloads"

    As with many reports, purchased Office365 for $39. Was sent a login and password that were useless. I have made several attempts by email and phone (always representatives currently busy) and left messages. Never a return acknowledgement or phone call. Why are these con artists allowed to continue operating?

    I purchased office 365 license from a website ****************************** I received a username/password that did not work or give access to a legitimate account.All attempts to contact are unanswered with no phone number given, only email.further research shows many complaints against this company. It appears to be direct fraud.

    I was charged $29.97 for a computer program that I did not buy. I did go on their website to read up on it.loading The name is: SP Helpful Downloads. I don't need help ******* a program.

    On 10/23/22 I purchased, what I thought was 2019 MS ******* They sent the email with codes, and it turned out to be 365 with a long drawn-out explanation of what I had to do to activate it which included created a new email account 'they' provided. I immediately asked for a refund and let them know that I'd purchase a different product, which I did. MS ****** 2021. (which seems to be working fine. A simple key code)After days of emails back and forth and their attempts to get me to accept the product and allow them to assist in the download, even though I told them THREE times that I had purchased another product from THEM and that the first purchase wasn't even compatible with W11, they did not refund. They did nothing but talk in circles in an attempt to get me to give up. Just the same robotic responses from them.THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY FIRST PURCHASE AND I COULDN'T EVEN USE IT.Additionally, it was falsely advertised as:Microsoft ****** 365 Professional Plus 2019 Download Full Version 1 The download instructions (attached, which are CLEARLY for 365) were so sketchy and complicated and then I saw it was only 365, which I do not want or like. 365 is high maintenance and you have to pay a monthly/yearly subscription. I just wanted MS ****** 2019 and that was NOT provided as they advertised. THERE WAS NO MS ****** 2019 ANYWHERE.100% satisfaction? I don't think so.And of course, I get a robo response to this review. They should be ashamed of themselves. Keeping people's money. Just read the reviews folks!

    I purchased a new computer and needed ***************** I found Office product online and hit purchase without checking out the website first. Before downloading the software and After reviewing i noticed this company has complaints with the BBB and negative reviews online regarding being a scam. I did not want to download their product to my new computer as i did not feel safe and did not want to infect my new computer. I asked several times for a refund and spoke directly to someone, but have not received a refund to date. I purchased the office product directly from ********* and just need a refund. Thank You.

    I purchased a software download for $69.00 MS ****** 2021. Email confirm was sent and NO Download link! Question: WHY hasn't the BBB shut these thieves down yet? They have been scamming and operating for years now? What is recourse for the people who have been robbed from this criminal enterprise? Please --PLEASE tell us? Thank you.
