Since they're censoring my ****** AND ******** review in order to hide their shame, I'm posting here. I'm not dropping this. These people are going to PAY what they OWE.NEVER. COME. HERE.Get to why in a minute but in case anyone is wondering how these guys managed to stay in business despite the amount of complaints they receive:Look no further than at the multiple Amazon delivery vans constantly parked outside their lot. Going to take a wild guess and assume most of their money comes from some ridiculous contract the 2 have with each other.Anyways.After reading the other negative reviews, I'm gonna have FUN writing this cus the absolute audacity of this is just unreal.Y'all complaining that the customer service was rude (which is a valid complaint) BUT AT LEAST SOMEONE WAS THERE TO YELL AT.I called in yesterday to make an appointment for an oil change TODAY. My car was almost past due for it so I booked it for ASAP for that reason. Go to bed & wake up this morning thinking all is fine.NOPE.I drove over & THE ***** IS CLOSED. They left a not on the door basically saying " oWo No We'S sOwWy, WeWe CwOsEd ToDaY "ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?NO CALL.NO TEXT.NO EMAIL.YOU CLOSED UP SHOP & DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO TELL PEOPLE W AN APPOINTMENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL?!?!?!Look, I get that you apparently only have ONE guy over there doing oil changes but I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. YOU need to TELL ME if you NEED TO CANCEL. It's NOT rocket science.So great. They cancelled on me but I still need this done. I went to Valvoline a few miles down the *********** took me in on the spot. No appointments. No call ahead. Just took me in & did it.Because that's what professionals do.I'll be coming in TOMORROW with the invoice so y'all can pay the **** because, & here's the kicker, I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE SERVICE AT MEINEKE.Go pound sand. I'm getting every red dime back if it's the last thing I do
