            I have the instant card and the last few months the job has been emailed telling them I unenrolled, saying that I still owe a balance and taking extra money, disconnected my job from the account, and then today we switched to a new pay period so it turned off my instant offers again. I have called customer support and have not been able to get any help and have ask about 5 times to talk to someone higher up and am always told I will get a call back that never comes.

            This is general a good service for tips to be transferred to a bank if you dont mind paying to get your money. As a debit card it generally works ok as long as tge seller doesnt put a hold on funds. As an atm withdrawl card goes there are no atms with 20 miles of me that accept it. I wish I did not have to ise it

            Hi *****, I see you have reached out to our Support team on a few issues; it looks like bank transfers and pre-authorized transactions. For gas stations specifically, as well as some other hospitality vendors, pre-authorizations are standard practice and that isn't something Instant can bypass on behalf of its cardholders. For ATM access, I am seeing an in-network ATM location less than 6 miles from your place of employment. Have you been able to access that ATM?We welcome feedback and look forward to assisting you via our Support channel accessible via the Instant App.
