    GoFan can take the money and they will not give it back if game time has changed or game is canceled. The schools will not refund your money either. GoFan needs to hold the schools accountable and give the schools no options. I have closed my account and will just pay cash at the game. There is no customer service or accountability.

    I am very unhappy with GoFan's lack of customer service due to not giving me a refund on a season pass purchase THAT I DON'T WANT. I found out the season pass I purchased was not a better deal for our family and immediately tried to get a refund.The representative requested and had me gather ALL my purchasing, banking and transaction information and then denied my request, then told me to go to the school to ask for refund and to fill out a request. Just trying to make me jump through hoops to get my $50 back is ridiculous.If you read on GoFan's main page there is a NO REFUND policy, which they state is somewhere in all the terms SOMEWHERE I AM SURE IN THE FINE PRINT.THERE SHOULD BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY! I will NEVER use this company again and will make sure to share my thoughts about it. Wildly enough, you can't even put a BAD REVIEW ON ****** for this company. WHY?? I know why, they would have an astronomical amount of bad reviews.

    I ordered tickets for an event and couldnt find the link for the tickets.. theres no live customer service agents ******* chats.. The customer service agent sent me a link to the tickets but the event had passed.. I asked for a refund on my credit card and my email bounced back twice.. they have local high school events monopolized in the state of ********.. my only hope is for a rival ticket service to overtake thier monopoly..

    Go fan is taking care of young people in schools by charging them and then sometimes their system glitches and does not get the accurate email address and then there is no way to retrieve your tickets and there is ZERO customer service. Their stupid CHAMP Chat bot has not answers and is no help and it will not allow you to speak to live person. Basically there site says, we don't care if you mess up, we are keeping your money no matter what!!!!! This is outrageous that they take advantage of our youth like this.

    Go fan is taking advantage and charging ridiculous fees. THIS IS NOT OK TO BE CHARGING EXTRA FEES FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL GAMES!! Not everyone can afford the fees!! FAMILIES ARE FORCED TO STAY HOME AND NOT WATCH THEIR KIDS PLAY BECAUSE ITS TOO **** EXPENSIVE! You **** GOFAN!!

    Never received my ticket, no receipt and no email confirmation. Said they sent it to my email address, when they gave me the address it wasnt mine. Not happy

    DO NOT LET YOUR SCHOOL/SPORTING ASSOCIATION get trapped into a contract with GoFan! Snuck into ***** over the whole "Covid" blanket, but quickly got exposed because it wasn't about "safety" at all, but rather making money off of fans. Each ticket at our venue pays an EXTRA (approx) $1.50, in the name of "convenience" which isn't convenient at all to a lot of people!! Times that by every family member and every game at the tourney. Why are we giving this organization $$$$$ ???? My proposal is to give it directly to school if you have to take more from families... not some organization out of Georgia with no affiliation/benefit to our (or your) school! No refund policy, even in the event of weather permitting travel, changed plans, etc..... They don't care, you are fighting a big faceless organization that isn't interested in supporting the events at all..... just making $$$$ !!So many more complaints about this company but they go nowhere. Best advice--stay away from the start!

    Go fan is terrible and should have no place selling tickets at public K-12 schools. These folks make no exceptions for errors made by families trying to buy tickets to simply see their child/grandchild play a game at their high school. They make profit on every ticket. The app is fraught with errors and is not user-friendly causing many people to purchase multiple tickets by accident. More than once it has come up as an error, so I re-purchase, then I see my statement the next day with double purchases. Why is this happening? They wont explain, and they wont help. When these items are reported to their customer service email, they just repeat the no refund policy. The refund is requested for errors on their part, or at least a credit for the next event, and they still stand by this NO REFUND policy. It is unfortunate theyre stealing money from hard-working families trying to see their child play. Quite simply it is a form of discrimination, to those not savvy enough to operate a smartphone. Shame on them!
