    I am absolutely furious. I purchased tickets for my daughter to attend ******* cheerleading camp, only to find out after paying that she had to be 10 years old to participate. That critical detail was buried at the endcompletely unacceptable. I followed all the steps, submitted the refund request exactly as instructed, and never received a single response.I even contacted my bank to dispute the charge, and they denied it because this company clearly knows how to dodge accountability. My daughter never got to attend the camp, and Im left with nothing but frustration and lost money. This company is a complete scam, and I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to stay far away. They are dishonest, disorganized, and exploitative. Shame on you.

    GoFan offers no meaningful customer service. I purchased 6 season passes for my family. I tried to transfer a ticket for one game to my daughters boyfriend because my son wasnt going to that game and wouldnt be using his pass. It transferred the entire season pass, and it could not be transferred back. **************** refused to provide any assistance, insisting only that all transfers are final. I paid hundreds of dollars for these passes and have done so every season. I will never purchase a season pass from GoFan again

    Absolutely awful customer service. All they tell you when there is an issue is to talk to the school. The school said talk to them. No room for anyone to make an honest mistake. They do not care. Dont use them if you can avoid it!

    GoFan has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased 3 season passes for high school football. One of the games was changed from a home game to an away game. I reached out to customer support to see what was happening with the tickets, if I would be receiving a refund or if the tickets would transfer to the new location. The first response said there were no refunds if I decided not to go to the game. I then responded and asked if they even read my question, I was still planning on going to the game but the location changed and was asking about how the tickets were handled. I was then told that the tickets were good anywhere and could also use them at the new location. The tickets never showed up in my phone. I reached out again asking how this would be handled. I received an email 4 days later basically blaming the school and told me to reach out to them. I was in this process. I received another email not even a full ******************************************************************************************************************************************* enough time to reach out and receive an answer back from the school! I will NEVER be using this platform again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    Go Fan stinks, they are theives, liars and incompetent. My grandsons highschool football team cancelled the game August 30, 2024 due to rain. I received an email stating I would get a refund for two tickets that I purchased under season tickets. I received many other emails from them but never received the promised refund. Today September 27, 2024, the game is cancelled and I won't get my three ticket refund either. I purchased 3 season passes August 25, 2024. Two games cancelled and no refunds. Go Fan is a rip off, very unprofessional. You stink, liars, theives and crooks.

    GoFan can take the money and they will not give it back if game time has changed or game is canceled. The schools will not refund your money either. GoFan needs to hold the schools accountable and give the schools no options. I have closed my account and will just pay cash at the game. There is no customer service or accountability.

    I am very unhappy with GoFan's lack of customer service due to not giving me a refund on a season pass purchase THAT I DON'T WANT. I found out the season pass I purchased was not a better deal for our family and immediately tried to get a refund.The representative requested and had me gather ALL my purchasing, banking and transaction information and then denied my request, then told me to go to the school to ask for refund and to fill out a request. Just trying to make me jump through hoops to get my $50 back is ridiculous.If you read on GoFan's main page there is a NO REFUND policy, which they state is somewhere in all the terms SOMEWHERE I AM SURE IN THE FINE PRINT.THERE SHOULD BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY! I will NEVER use this company again and will make sure to share my thoughts about it. Wildly enough, you can't even put a BAD REVIEW ON ****** for this company. WHY?? I know why, they would have an astronomical amount of bad reviews.

    I ordered tickets for an event and couldnt find the link for the tickets.. theres no live customer service agents ******* chats.. The customer service agent sent me a link to the tickets but the event had passed.. I asked for a refund on my credit card and my email bounced back twice.. they have local high school events monopolized in the state of ********.. my only hope is for a rival ticket service to overtake thier monopoly..

    Go fan is taking care of young people in schools by charging them and then sometimes their system glitches and does not get the accurate email address and then there is no way to retrieve your tickets and there is ZERO customer service. Their stupid CHAMP Chat bot has not answers and is no help and it will not allow you to speak to live person. Basically there site says, we don't care if you mess up, we are keeping your money no matter what!!!!! This is outrageous that they take advantage of our youth like this.
