On 02/08/2023 I applied for a ********************* Policy replacement through Progressive ************* online, to whom I have been an outstanding customer for over 20 years. I was issued a rate and then subsequently denied insurance altogether on false bases, without allowing me a fair remedy for a resolution to the error by which result they claim to be denying me. The issue relates to an accident while a customer of ************* not a fault of mine at all, as I was struck behind while obeying a lawfully-mandated Stop Sign. I have a live video of the accident, along with the police report and Geico Insurances admission for a Not-at-Fault status, and free payout for my repairs then. This is a case of an **************** Practice! Attached are these evidences, along with the Police Report of the Accident. LexisNexis Must be held responsible for not furnishing or cooperating to correct this unjust false reporting against me! I have been unsuccessfully corresponding with LexisNexis for the past 2 months, and have always been given the "Red Tape" and unavailing bureaucracy by means of generic, ambiguous, automated responses by the mail.Business Response

I hereby formally and unconditionally reject LexisNexis proposal on the grounds of the following:
-LexisNexis has consistently persisted in treating this case in its widened generalization so to avoid responsibility and evade due corrections to its reporting as is accorded me by laws concerning consumer rights. Of LexisNexis last response to me (See such hereto attached), it states having confirmed the accident falsely reported by it as a fault of mine, with my Insurance ************************** This is patently false, since Geico has lately afterwards provided me with an official and verifiable statement disproving LexisNexis last statement. This Geicos Formal statement is hereto attached, clearing me altogether from all faults as it related to same accident. LexisNexis Must correct its information accordingly as to clear me from fault to same accident dated 05/11/2022 on all its future reporting.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions Inc. takes complaints from consumers extremely seriously and we have a robust process in place for resolving such matters, including a Legal review of all responses and handling by our Operations Escalated Response Team.
For Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints, we continue to use a generic response for posting on the BBB website and a mail a more fulsome response to the consumer. We have taken this approach to safeguard consumer-specific data; the BBB has confirmed that this is the better approach.
If the consumer does not agree with the BBB website response he or she can then reject the case on the BBB website; however, it keeps the consumers data safe.

I hereby reject LexisNexis response as hereunto submitted, on the following grounds:
-LexisNexis response and procedures as it herein explains, fails to prove its statement by mail which remains quite identical to its generalized approach of lengthy letters boasting its conceptual procedural promises of service, although failing in the simple duty to investigate and correct its false information against me. LexisNexis claims it has since the introduction of my compliant verified the information through *********************** and that I was in fault for the accident in question, even though Geico itself has confirmed through the telephone and as per the hereto attached letter afterwards, that in-fact I was in NO FAULT for this accident. LexisNexis moreover has a copy of the Police Report and of the Repairs Report, both of which state I was under No Fault.
BBB is honored by me as a good intermediary in the assistance with the procurement for this resolution, although I continue to apply necessary pressure upon LexisNexis through it for such an end. LexisNexis is using this excuse of keeping my information safe, as a way of evading its admissions hereon for the record, for its error reporting against me, and a its failure for same correction.

A real estate company by the name of Ground Floor is the provider of Fix and Flip loans and I have done business with them before. They are entitled to do a successful background pull with Lexis Nexis in order to provide me with the loan but every time they go to pull my information the ******************** is unsuccessful. I kept calling Lexis Nexis to see what the problem was but every time they make me go through a long lengthy process to be authenticated and then tell me my background file is not frozen. They could not tell me any more information as to why my credit file is frozen nor why GroundFloor is not able to successfully pull it. I have never requested my information to be frozen with Ground Floor. Seem like a bunch of incompetent individuals working for the company and no one has any real solutions.Business Response

Signing up for lexisnexis has been a terrible experience. My sales agent ******************************* promised me access to platforms on their database that I do not have. My sales agent has not responded to a call or email. I had to call and email multiple times just to get my login information. I specifically informed my sales agent the purpose of me needing their platform and my agent promised everything I needed was included for $150 a month for 18 months. I attempted to call and email to get this resolved but NO one has returned my calls or responded to my email. After several calls I get a name *************************** who is my account manager but he is also unresponsive. This company is terrible for customer service its not like this service is free. This is a dispute regarding Lexis Nexis Consumer Solutions I have disputed a few times with this agency. From previous complaints of removal, they have stated they do not report to any agency such as ******** which this is a duplicate request against ******** also. Both parties are stating and blaming each other who is responsible for getting information and who should not have reported on my credit report. The last dispute with ******** was on September 19th, 2022, at that time the Bankruptcy was removed and then on Oct 5, 2022, it was stated accurate and put back on my ******** Credit report. On Oct 5th I spoke to ******** representative Abby regarding dispute she advised me to upload the documents stating they get their information from Lexis Nexis credit agency and also the documents from the Bankruptcy court advising they do not report to any agencies. On October 10th, 2022, I contacted Lexis Nexis spoke to ***** and she stated they don't get their information from ******** and should put in another dispute on her end stating the report was inaccurate case # ********. Both parties ******** and Lexis Nexis should not have this on my record due to Bankruptcy information incorrect and dismissed on my behalf and never filed. I have reached out to LexisNexis. They have failed to provide proof of validation regarding a debt that does not belong to me. They have furnished this alleged debt on my consumer report and have failed to validate the alleged claim pursuant to Sec. 809(b)of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and according 609(a)(1)(A), you are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report. I demand this item be removed from my credit report immediately.
