  I ordered my custom bobblehead's in February, stared with wanting 5, but before it was over I ordered a total of 40, once I saw the finished painted proof. I was worried about the shipping since it was coming from ***** but the box arrived today, with some very minor outside damage to the box. But the bobbleheads inside the shipment box were in there own box with each bobble head inside a styro-foam and wrapped with bubble type wrap. I didn't see any damage to any of the individual boxes as I took them out. I would like to thank the sculpting/painting team for a great likeness of the pictures i sent to make the bobble heads. The proofs were sent in different stages to which I approve the head right off and did make a few changes in the body proofs, but we finally got to the final proof, that's when i added the extra bobble heads. I need to also thank ***********************************, ***************************, and *****************. They all were help answering my questions over the *************** ***, who handles the bulk orders was very helpful when i reached the point I wanted to increase the size of my order, answering a lot of questions I had. It did take 3 months from start to finish for my order, but as they say if there are delays because of denied proofs which i had a few, and then I added more bobble heads to my order, thus delays. If you order one or a few, be ready, you will need patience. Remember you are ordering a unique item, whether it be for yourself or a gift, you want it right.

  The Bobblehead didn't look anything like the pictures I sent. The maker couldn't understand the changes I requested and they required more money every time I "disapproved" of the proof. I requested for the heads not to "bobble." They sent me two heads that bobble. I also ordered two sets of these for gifts for a couple and paid more for the duplicate and I only received one set. I definitely would not recommend this place! Not happy with this company.

  The entire experience with this company was terrible. Not only was their communication completely inaccurate. They guaranteed a delivery day that was way off. Additionally, at every review process I had to email them and ask them to make obvious and apparent changes because of quality and craftsmanship. When it finally shipped, I had to ask for a refund in expedited shipping costs, because it was three weeks late. They did not refund my shipping costs. When the bobble head arrived, it was lopsided, so it would not stand straight. When I emailed them a picture of the bobble head wanting to fall over, their response was just push hard on the ***** so that it will straighten up.Outrageous. In addition, it was missing the custom nameplate I paid for and custom base I paid for. When I reached out to the company, they responded with I will forward this to my manager but never got a response. I asked for them to refund the additional charges for the custom nameplate, and they offered to mail me a sticker to attach to the bobble head with the persons name on it. Never got the sticker, never got a refund for the custom base and nameplate I actually paid for. Absolutely worst experience. I will never recommend or use this company again. terrible customer service, and terrible quality and craftsmanship.

  Amazing products and some of the fastest shipping Ive ever seen! The packaging is superb and Ive never received a broken bobblehead, and the attention to detail is mind boggling!
