5 starsYou absolutely ROCKED the bobblehead!! I was pretty nervous during the proofing process - it was hard to tell the likeness with just the **** and no color. But OMG when I received the last proof I literally screamed with laughter. It looked like a better version of my brother LOL The gift was a hit!! He loved it and so did everyone else. 5 starsVery happy with all aspects of placing order, open lines of communications, shipping and final product! One minor complaint was that final QC (if there is) should have caught the issue that the female bobblehead did not bobble as freely as the male bobblehead due to her ponytail being close proximity to her back. I agreed with manufacturer that nothing could be done short of sending unit back and having redone. I choose not to send the unit back since it was a minor issue and felt it did not warrant returning the unit. I cannot stress enough how satisfied I was with the entire process! 5 starsBest gift I have ever given by far !!!Recipient loved it !The likeness was uncanny. Sculptor was receptive to all requested changes and the finished product was well packed for safe shipping. I will definitely order from here again
